    Looking good buddy.
That garage door opener puts me in my world at the gym with the Stones, The Who, AC/DC, and Motley Crue.

    I am done losing weight!!!!!
I didnt realize how much muscle I've lost, till I looked at these two pics, my start pic and one from this morn. Since I couldn't workout the last 6 weeks I tried to do it by dieting hard. That was a mistake. Even though I've dropped 4 or 5% bf, I liked the way I looked before better. There will be a bulking cycle in my near future.

Holy shit man. That is amazing. You look great.

You’ve lost a little in the upper chest but that’s it.

Do a Recomp not a bulk. Keep that weight off and add muscle.

Got a trail hike with the dog today. Nice day but was muddy as hell. Took me an hour and 11 min to walk the three miles.

My wife went yesterday to 2 classes and all of the ladies and the instructors were asking where I had been. Due to weather, I got off early I had the motivation to make it to class today with the hot instructor that flirts with me. I stepped of out of my truck and somehow landed funny and did something to my right hamstring. Heard a little pop and instant pain followed by a horrible charlie horse. With the yogo pants on my mind I said just take some IBP and told myself I will be fine.

Hit the class with a limp, did great stretching and during the class, I felt another funny pop in my hamstring. I am still thinking I am 29 instead of 49 and stayed with the class. I did finish the class but went to maybe 20% of what I normally do. Huge rookie mistake thinking with my eyes instead of listing to my body. Been using a foam roller, tiger balm and now ice with and ace bandage. Hurts like hell even after a real pain pill. Praying it is a stain but wife massaged my leg and said she thinks I tore something. Praying for a good outcome for rest and RICE theapy.

I told you that you are a bad influence! Never a dull moment with DLP!
You need to tell wifey that you need a massage and just have her keep moving until you get to where you really want the massage.
    Hope it’s nothing serious.

    Thanks guys, I'm done bitching.
I will take your advice, that's pretty much what I was doing before this comp, gotta stop getting impatient. It probably wasn't a bad idea to sacrifice some muscle to drop some bf anyway

Good luck with that man, hamstrings ain't no joke, mine are terrible. Probably has a lot do with my back trouble. At least you got to look at some ladies!

I think is a much healthier way forward. While I can understand where this is coming from as most people prefer a rounder face than a skinny one (I talk women out of that on a daily basis here in India) I will agree with everyone else. You are going to feel so much better continuing the journey along this path. Just my 2c!

And that is some progress dude! Congratulations.

My favorite thing in the whole world to do this type of thing. Considering where I am living anything like this is out of the question.

Damn, hope it is just a strain but you better have it checked out. No way I would chance it with a hamstring issue. Hoping for a speedy recovery.

    Back and Bi’s,

To many exercises to mention, it was a really good and intense workout. Superset every lift and kept the old heart rate up high. I did have a moral victory today. I was 199.5 which is the first time I’ve been under 200lbs in years. At least in a healthy manner.

I think I’m going to switch my diet up and go more towards carb cycling. I don’t think I’m eating enough and my metabolism tanked. I need to be over 2200 calories a day because I’m so active.

You always have a solution and do not get frustrated. My biggest problem is frustration when I am not getting the results that I think I should.
