    Shave? What's that? The hair keeps my legs warm in the winter. But I started doing sumo deadlifts and had some form issues kept the bar too close... Scraped some hair and skin off

    I shaved my leg once when I was getting a tattoo, it felt awesome for about 5 days then it was like I was trying to pull my pant leg over a porcupine.

    I’m going to be doing a brutal 4 week push/pull workout starting tonight. Legs ever workout with tons and tons of volume. Never done anything like this and want to see how my body responds.

    I did some body measurements today. As of 9-12-17
    I lost:
    4 inches off my chest
    2 inches off my arms (mid bicep)
    2.5 inches off my waist
    And a whopping 5 inches off my gut!

    i have dropped another 5-7 pounds since the competition

    maybe time for me to go get my hormones tested again, been a few years.

    and what is 'optimal' free test? i think last time i was tested i was around 490 or something. was watching a video last night and he recommends that optimal test should be around 800 or so. thoughts?

    It is age dependent and it also depends on the lab. Your numbers seem to be total T.
    Free T is usually like 5-20 ng /dL: probably for someone younger.

    2g of Test ew should level you out to a reasonable level.
