I want to do Walking on the treadmill to keep my time at the gym.. should I do that or just let it heal the rest of the week?

We all already know that MRS BG is going to bring it. And yes, with us old men on here trying to outdo each other that is my plan. I had to take a pain pill to go to the gym today. Strategy has changed, work hard but not too hard, avoid the new people at the gym and wait for the others to get hurt. LOL

    Screw you David! LOL
Its all fun and games until it happens to one! I am trying to give everyone else a chance. LOL
Maybe Tarzan will get together with Cape and form a group called " the village people again".
We can use the RNS imposter in our favor.

I'm going to be the voice of reason here

For safety reasons I think you guys should take at least 3 weeks off and let your bodies heal.
This first week has been rough on you resolutioners

MS- you're holding back... How are the petides going? I' m interested.
I previously was turned off on peptides because Sil was always pushing them. He would sometimes say silly things just to start a fight.

I don’t know the first thing about peptides, never used them. I’ve had GearHeaded teach me some things about them. If my budget wasn’t so tight with my new job just gearing up. I would run some GH releasing type peptides. For now, just my TRT and my Keto until I get super lean. Then it will be a lean bulk in say mid August. Unless I do a show or something.

I've been messing with peptides for about a year now. From my experience I think they work, but it's a slow process, unlike aas.

this is spot on.. most peptides are growth factors, they work by one or two mechanisms of actions to stimulate new growth or repair of an existing cell, or to stimulate satellite cell proliferation . This takes time , 6-12+ months. you have to commit to the investment of the long term growth of cells. whereas AAS work by a whole bunch of different mechanisms of action and can really 'blow up' existing cells which is apparent in the much shorter term then is taking a satellite cell from scratch and fully developing it.

If I had BG money I would just run HGH. But I’m a peasant so I can’t.

Completly fried today. A new phenomenon has occurred. As my workout intensity is a bit high right now right after my workouts I sit down on a couch and I am asleep within 5-10 seconds and sleep for about 10-15 minutes. Bizarre. Headed out to my old gym today but after chest I could not move so went home to rest a bit and write this entry.

My night sleep has DRAMATICALLY improved with my diet. I sleep like a rock from about 10 PM - 7 AM with the occasional bathroom visit. Thinking about ordering some of that Fragment 176-191 as I could not afford to increase my current GH dosage.

I think Davids approach makes sense, just let everyone hurt themselves while he sits back with a bag of chips winning without getting off the couch :-)

My diet had been strange. I have one day I can't seem to eat enough meals or food and the next it's hard fit me to eat 3-5 really small ones. It'd too cold this morning so I am skipping early am gym. Mind says yes, body says fuck you, I need more rest!

Listen Celine Dion- screw you too. LOL
Getting up at 7 am- Half the day is gone..... Oh I forgot, you need your beauty sleep. LOL

You should listen to your body more often. You should rest for a week or 2. You need your cells to rest so that when they come back to exercise, they start splitting like crazy and the next thing you know your huge.
