tren is the ultimate recomp compound imho i can gain lots of muscle tissue and lose lots of bf - it messes with some people's diet though... not eating enough... NPP backloaded w/winny is another good one if bf is at most 15% drop 3-4 % with diet npp then add in the winny for 6 wks

Got an OK back and biceps workout in tonight. Really stiff and sore from driving 13 hrs yesterday. I’m not going to embarrass myself in the comp so I’m pushing it. Lol

I agree, Tren and Winny are my two favs. The nice thing about both is that even if they kill your appetite to some degree, your feed efficiency goes up so you can build more with less.

Woke up to a beautiful 70 degrees and in a perfect mood. It's my "off" day, so I recovered at my old gym by doing Chest, Triceps, and Biceps. Finished with a slow 30-minutes on an elliptical. Next week my coach has started to up my training which has nothing to do with this competition but all to do with CrossFit Open that begins at the end of February and I intend to keep my number one spot in India from last year.
My nutrition is going well the first two days. A friend of my is running a nutrition startup, so he is delivering all my meals at a minimal cost. Perfectly Keto adjusted. Doing IF between 12 PM - 9 PM which is the perfect timing for me.

Hahaha my diet lasted 2 days then I ate 4 pillsbury biscuits last night, Mrs.BG got a talking to for cooking them.......once they're cooked I can't throw the out

Did some light weight (bar only) dead lifts yesterday for the first time since hurting back. My hamstrings are killing me!
Workouts going pretty good, back seems to be holding up ok. Gotta get the diet dialed in, didn't eat enough last couple days

See that's a downside to stuffing yourself prior to starting a cut. Your body is screaming for fast carbs and you have to go through the pains of readjusting to stable blood sugar levels :P. My solution to this is not buying/having anything to eat that's not in my diet. Can't cheat even if you tried.

Yeah that's an issue when you don't live alone. Easier for me lol but it can get very annoying. Try oatmeal it gives a nice kind of satiety. Fiber will help you eat less but veggies just add volume for a little while and do little for satiety. Oatmeal on the other hand makes me feel content and I just let go of the cravings.

I think seeing as how tarmyg followed my ass through two competitions calling me names and telling me I was fat etc, even though he wasn't competing...
The skinny fat little puss can take some heat himself. If he is a model I am a God. I sure as hell didn't see cape, diesel, or anyone sticking up for me when people called me out during two comps.
