    Doc said I can start cardio Monday, but the next Monday before start lifting. I'm thinking I can start very lite lifting next week, just to start warming things up.

    2nd workout today, I decided to separate out the traps from the shoulders. 20 min HIIT, traps, abs, posing, 10 minute sauna.

    3 rd workout- HIIT with heartbeat at 110%

    Hit chest, and then arms and had a workout buddy today. Was pretty fun. I walked to and from the gym and then did cardio so I guess I worked out three times today. Take that you fuckers.

    As Nickelback says, “something’s gotta go wrong because I’m feeling way to good”.
    The NPP is active and my weight that I’m pushing ( and pulling) is increasing every time I do a muscle group. I’m gaining weight, but I am not too worried yet. By paper, I should be losing weight. I think the NPP is retaining some water. Sweats were pretty intense last night. My sweat also smells different (at least the night sweat).
    I had a couple of people compliment me this morning. That is always good because I beat up on myself on the way that I look.

    new users to NPP take it and they think its fake because it does not "kick in" . but they are wrong, they just don't understand that NPP is not highly androgenic and does not covert to DHT, both of which things can be "felt" mentally and physically and make you feel like your on gear.. instead NPP is highly anabolic and just works in the background slowly but surely helping you retain nitrogen, synthesize protein, and build muscle , 5 weeks in your suddenly bigger fuller and stronger, without having "felt" a damn thing the whole time.

    thats actually a good thing. guys that have run enough cycles aren't looking for that "I'm on gear" feeling a lot of times,, it actually gets old and uncomfortable feeling like your on all the time. thats one reason I like NPP and EQ. at moderate dose you can feel normal and just know its doing its thing in the background

    What is Syth? What hat dose of DNP do you run. Hell, how to you stay hydrated? I am battling the dehydrated due to tren as it is.
    I feel like I need to find a good supply of IV bags and just have my wife hang one on me twice a day. She is a BSN RN as well.

    Synthetine, it promotes mobilization of fat for fuel and also builds more androgen receptors.

    100mg , 3 days on 1 day off. just try and chug water all day.. yeah if I had it I'd run an IV bag every morning to start my day

    is that from Synthetek? Do you drink it or inject it?

    I have been looking now for IV bags. I think I have an older doctor that I bet I could get a case of IV bags from now I think about it. I would never see him as my doctor but he over 70 and parties like he is 40. When I was active duty we used to stick each other and rapid infuse IV bags after a night of drinkings. Oh those good old days.

    Warmup: 15min b-ball shoot around

    Latpull downs:
    4 sets of 10

    T-bar row:
    4 sets of 10-12

    DB reverse fly superset with seared bent over rows:
    4 sets of 10

    DB shoulder shrug:
    4 sets of 15-20

    DB Hammer Curls:
    4 sets of 10

    Con curls:
    3 sets of 10

    Reverse curls:
    3 sets of 10

    Forearm curls:
    5 sets of 15-20

    Cardio:

    Stairstepper 30 min, threadmill walking 30min

    Comments: lower abs are starting to outline and getting more and more veins In and around my lowr abs and hips. Quads are starting to vein out a lot too. Cardio was a separate session in the evening. I like the idea of two separate session to increase POst Exercise Oxygen Expenditure. It seems to be paying dividends. Diet was better, I have company for the next few weeks and work is really ramping up so keeping my diet carb free is challenging to say the least. Weight loss has been at a standstill the last 2-3 weeks. But I’m leaning up so I’m hoping my TRT is helping me keep some mass on. I feel like some of my body parts are growing like my shoulders and arm. While others like my legs and midsection are shrinking. I still feel really ran down this week so I am cutting back on my intensity with the weights. Legs will be a brief but intense workout with not as much volume today.

    Bout to do a little experiment cycle. I've been on nor 9's since June, up till a month ago, and fe l I need a break from tren and deca . I'm gonna run test at 600/w, mast 600/w and winny at 100/day, till end of the comp. I know I'm too fat for mast, but I had really good luck running it with tren, even at 30% bf. Plan to run a tren cut cycle this summer.

    well Guitar, if you followed the status quo around here, you shouldn't even be running a cycle until you get to at least below 15%

    you don't need to be low body fat to run Mast. thats a myth. truth is that Mast is DHT derived and is highly androgenic . anything highly androgenic is capable of speeding up lipolysis (yes there are androgen receptors in the fat cells too).

    also may want to consider VAR over Winny. VAR acts directly on the liver to stimulate fatty acid oxidation (i.e., burn fat)

    Yea, I burn fat lik crazy on aas, and I don't have issues like gyno or high bp

    I was thinking bout running var, but I was thinking winny may give me quicker results for the comp. I've been a month without working out, and need to whip into shape quick...lol

    Oh, I might be out of the comp due to great news. Just got a job offer. Start tomorrow at 0700 until 1700 but the drive it 90 minutes each way and there is construction on the route. Only day off will be Sundays. I will have to look around and see if there is a small gym in the town that I can lift at during the lunch break but I am sure that will all the responsibilities I am going to be swampted for the next few months. I cannot complain at all. The money is really good.

    I agree. Tren causes terrible heartburn for me, orals not a issue. The main issues I have with orals, is lack of appetite with drol and dball

    Up your Carbs and lower your cardio intensity. you'll have more partitioning into the muscle and get bigger and fuller

    Legz tonight

    Warmup: calisthenics

    Leg press:
    4 sets of 10 with 10 half reps at the end

    Toe raises/Single leg curls/arc squat: superset
    7 sets of 10

    Leg extension:
    2 sets of 15

    Cardio: 20 min LISS incline treadmill walking

    Comments: lower volume leg day, knees were pretty sore and felt drained. Diet was good today, added in 30 min of Sauna.
