    Daughter been sick for couple days, not sure if it's flu or not. Now I got itchy throat and starting to cough....crap!

    I have great news! Charger is on his way back and is still going to make the May 3 date!
    I went to a kinesiologist that worked miracles on me! i could go on for pages, but leaving his place i could dance! When I went back to work, no one could believe it. Everyone said that seeing the pain on my facial expression actually made them feel the pain before the therapy.
    I am going for another session on Monday and he wants to review my routine and possibly exchange exercises.
    He made the statement that the misalignments that I have are stopping the christmas tree development in my back.. He did this without ever lifting my shirt.. I asked about that previously in one of the forums that mine would not develope.
    He asked me to hold off on legs until the next session. I can smile now.

    Tarzan- look into this! I'll bet that this would help you. Go to danmelita.com and look at his therapy methods. You may be able to find someone in your area. You will smile again.

    MS and him could probably carry on a good converstion. He had to dumb it down for me.LO@

    Slow recovery day at the gym. Deload on Deadlift and then worked arms. Did zero cardio today. I more felt like I needed some alone time and gym seemed like the perfect place.

    Going to be real honest. Between life and work I’ve been to the gym twice in two weeks. Shots are sporadic at best.

    Next week is a new week. And a new plan.

    Hi Berzerk, you might be able to join in if the other guys are OK with it, but if I were you I would wait out for another round, it's already 3 weeks in. IMHO if you plan out a cycle for a cut/recomp/bulk you do best if you do it in advance, and a competition like this will give you some motivational boost plus you can share your progress and results.

    No complete progress photos yet but guitarzan posted one progress pic a couple pages back

    Update: i did chest today... I used the weights that I left off at. Back was good, but I did not get the same reps that I left off at. Not sure if I was trying to protect the back or I lost something in the week and a half.
    Went to my son's wrestling tournament and the wooden bleachers did seem to cause discomfort in my back.
    Tomorrow I will do shoulders and cardio (swimming).
    Hopefully on Monday I can do HIIT.

    Woke up at 0200 protein shake and a lot of white rice, 0400 protein shake with 3 eggs and toast, 0600 white rice with 2 chicken breasts, 0800 protein shake with berries and fiber, 4 eggs and toast. Hungry today but getting in sleep while sweating. I would say tren is really kicking in.

    2 weeks on keto now
    Down to 238 from 246
    Took 3 days off from gym went back today and had one of the best workouts ever. Strength is up considerably compared to Jan 2nd.
    Struggling with eating enough appetite is poor.
    Looking in mirror see no noticeable changes.

    Yes love tren . Wife does not have a clue about it. I have been banned from all political shit on TV, AM radio or in general the news. We cut the cable a long time ago but this has aggregated me for a bit but since I added the tren, she is serious about me not watching it or reading about it.

    You have a sinus infection, go to an urger care and get on some Antibiotics. Pray it is not the flu, but with green crap in lungs, stopped up nose and fever sounds like sinusitis and bronchitis. Levaquin (levofloxacin) always works the best for me. Just take it easy in the gym while on it. It can cause some tendon issues but no stomach issues like the other shit they will try to put you on. Shit works fast and is great.

    Appetite has been my biggest issue this rounds as well. Your dropping more weight than you think. Losing fat and building muscle. Keep it up.

    Change of plan. I’m dropping tren a and upping test. Test is at 125 mg a week now.
