    Shit that’s low... lol that maybe too low for me to even function at all lol... what up with ur ace ish dosage then?

    I totally believe in high test all the time - it comes down to diet and cardio if holding water weight

    I’ve grown on 1+G’s test and 800mgs Ace and I’ve grown into a crecomp

    Wife finally figured out that I have not been doing this as just a fat loss Comp. She told me that she is fine with me getting back into putting on size but she wants to see the abs and veins first. She got out a few old pictures of me and said, look like this before you even think about looking like this again.

    Then 5 minutes later she asked where her anavar was going to get here. If someone figures out women, please let me know. We can write a book amd make a shit ton of money.

    Pretty tired body today. Not sure why but pushed on at a non-optimal pace. The top part of my abs are getting some sunlight for the first time in a long time.

    Snatch Primer
    On the :90 Seconds x 3 Rounds
    3 Overhead Squats - 30kg
    1 Hang Squat Snatch - 30kg
    1 Squat Snatch - 30kg

    Alternating On the Minute x 12 (6 Rounds)
    Odd Minutes – 1 Tempo Overhead Squat - 60kg
    5 Seconds down, 10 seconds pause in bottom
    Even Minutes – Max Butterfly pull-ups in :40 Seconds

    Snatch
    1 Low Hang Squat Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch
    3×2 @ 60kg
    2×2 @ 65kg
    2×2 @ 70kg

    Conditioning
    4 Rounds:
    60 Double Unders
    30 Calorie Row
    10 Power Snatches - 43kg

    This. I’ve only ever gotten passable results from refeeds that last at least three to four days. I start high, then halve the amount each following day.

    Just this last year I started low test with my cycles and I liked it. I usually go 150-200 per week. I made an exception and i am at 600 per week but will go back down in 2 weeks When I change my cycle.

    I can only do a cardio class in the mornings. IDK how they do it either. I would have to use both hands to lift a pen to write on the desk after a hard workout in the AM.

    i am an early bird, plus, the gym is too packed any other time. i can do what i want in the mornings and not have to wait on a machine or dumbbells.

    hi guys thanks for thinking about me...I am ok... the first few weeks of this has been a challenge between the weather and life in general...they where sporadic at best gym wise... last week was back to normal and should be from here on out...I am currently running 600mg test c and 400 tren e also anavar 100mg day...I have been lazy with the cardio so when I ramp that back up look out...I have to be honest though the cold this winter has broken my spirit so I am hanging by a thread right now hoping to regain my mojo so to speak...ill try to start logging my workouts so I have a reason to post...

    that's the only real noticeable way for me to show improvement is to finally pull together my abs...they are there but they showcase my fat...so that's becoming a main focus for me now...

    Come on Ghetto. I used to work at in a garage when it was -30..... and no heat. Wait, that was 35 years ago... I doubt I can do that anymore. Ok I understand. Just keep up with the pace.. MS, RC, and Tarm are laying down a pretty good pace. Even DLP left potato chips while you were gone. Don’t leave us again. LOL.

    I'm natty now, except trt. Took my last shot of tren e last Monday, so technically I'm not natty yet, but will be soon. May run some winny last four weeks, depends on my back.
