Any sous vide cookers here?
Just got my sous vide in today and cooked some boneless pork chops. After cooking for a few hours I put them in a hot skillet with some seasoning and little olive oil and charred them. Turned out awesome! I've used this method to cook steaks before, except I did it on the stove, having to constantly heat the water to keep it up to temp.
Any ideas or recipes?

What is that? Fancy, I had to google it. Why not just use a Geroge Forman grill or a deep fryer like the rest of us.

You fancy!
I want to taste a steak that is reverse seared using that method.
As Diesel101 stated, we aren’t that fancy down here in the swamp either

I've never been that fancy either. I've always been big on smoking, and grilling meats, I even have a commercial deep frier in my outdoor grilling area. This is real nice for cooking healthy, and it beats the hell out of a George foreman. Cajun, I've cooked ribeye using this method, searing them on open flame and it's the best steaks I've ever had. The pinkness or redness, or whatever you choose is the same all the way through the steak. It's impossible to achieve this with a grill
