I just started my water depletion. We will see where I am at. I won’t be on stage ready, but I’m at a much better body comp than I was a year ago. The past month has been a challenge with how busy I have been. But that also increased my daily energy expenditure dramatically, which helped.

I wont lie I have no idea who is going to take this thing, there has been a lot of hard work put in by everyone. There has been a lot of competitors off the grid so it will be interesting when the pictures come in.

I know one thing though this contest prep process as far as carb loading water depletion and posing has a lot to do with it. I have never attempted to do it before until now and I do realize that it is a goddam science. I have never been so messed up in my life as I have been the last few days doing this water depletion. I have no idea how in the hell you guys and gals do it for a regular show.

All I do know is my sexiness level has gone way up, I know its hard to believe it could get any higher but it has.

I'm certainly not going to water deplete or any prep for end result pics... I get why you guys that compete are but I'm just not that into it I guess what you will see is what I look like most everyday I never get out of shape...im interested to see the end pics cus I know I have certainly been outworked...

If I do another comp I will attempt a water deplete just for the learning experience. I'd like to compete in powerlifting and you can easily cut lots of pounds this way without losing strength (weigh ins day before).
