Well, I was told to eat dirty before the show on the carb up. It was against my principles. I did eat a little dirty after the show and the following morning I had pancakes and syrup. I think eating the dirty carbs played a role. I also am going to start a day early on the carbs. That will make me ! A week of low/ no carbs is killer. People ask how you feel and the look on your face says it all LOL

Can someone help me with what I need to do with my biceps? I do not know how to explain it but you can see from the pic. It is long but not full. Ghetto boyd has a full round bicep. Mine seems longer. I do not think that it is the peak, it is more of a rounder/ fuller bicep.

I gained 15 lbs and I can still see my abs. I am very happy even though I cannot explain it.
All of a sudden, I am like Obs- I just cannot eat enough. This is not me. I used to have to force myself to eat.
This was my first time taking T3. Could it be that? I am clean of everything however I am still having night sweats. Wtf?
I took a week off of cardio and afternoon workouts that I am starting tomorrow.

I am currently jamming chicken and rice into my mouth hating my existence lol!
Dont fall in love with the scale like I did.
I am literally backing my tren down because I am tired of losing fat. I feel like muscle is going with it.

Tell you what Obs, when that one tore (50% plus muscle tear) I was in the basement and apparentely screamed and didn't know it. My son was two floors up in his room with headphones and heard it and ran down to the basement. Felt like getting hit with a baseball bat and machete at the same time. Only way I can describe it. I train them like a pussy now. Real slow with half the weight and a lot of eccentric's.
