25 years old, 87kg (191lbs), 5ft 10.
Goal: To gain as much size as possible whilst maintaining this level of body fat. May tighten up slightly towards the end if need be, but my goal at the moment is purely size. Maybe i should spend some time on the sun bed too lol...
Training: Sets, reps and exercises vary, I play it by feel. I implement various approaches in order to reach failure... I train low volume, high frequency, high intensity. 5-6x Per week and just rotate a push, pull and legs split.
Nutrition: I don’t track, I eat intuitively. Have tracked for so long I can rufly gauge where i stand. If I do gain unwanted fat I’ll tone it back slightly, if I’m not gaining enough weight I’ll throw in another meal... I'm vegetarian (as of last week, i have been vegan for the past 3 years but recently decided to implement dairy based products for training)
Gear: - Started this cycle 23.04.18
Wk 1-5: Dbol 40mg ED
Wk 5-7: Dbol 30mg ED
Wk 7-10: Dbol 20mg ED
Wk 1-16: AI .25mg EOD
Wk 1-16: Caber 0.25mg MON/THUR
Wk 1-3: Tren A 350mg
Wk 1-10: Tren E 200mg
Wk 1-16: Test 750mg
Wk 1-16: Deca 750mg
Wk 1-16: Mast 400mg
Natural lighting (skylight) no pump.

Are you very sensitive to prolactin, you probably dont need this dosage of cabergoline, recommended dosage is 0.25 twice a week.
Be careful with the 10 weeks dbol , easy to get gyno from it.

Yeah, I've ran tren probably around 4 times varying from 400mg-900mg both ace and E. In all honesty, i wasn't planning on running tren as im not the biggest fan, i put it into this cycle to use up what i had. Moving forward ill be sticking to milder compounds.

Got a good workout in today, backs feeling good, getting back in the groove. Diet back on track. That's what I like about dbol , gotta force myself to eat.
I kinda feel bad for these young guys, gonna be hard to tell their buddy's they got wipped by a old fat guy!

I was a bit disappoint today cause I can't feel any soreness after working shoulders yesterday, despite using a new weight on them. Strength keeps going up I need to challenge myself even more.

Welcome to day 1. Hopefully cousin will get my photos up today.
Im starting today off with a trip to the garage to get my car sorted.
Got my eating plan together, will likely need sorted as i go. But in doing 2 days no carb
-chicken, eggs, tuna, broccoli
And 1 day high carb adding in oats and lots of rice.
1800kcal and 3500 respectively.. we shall see how that goes

I started with a nice cardio session, haven't had a proper one in ages.
10 min warm up 30 min pure HIIT, went better than expected.
Crashed on the floor for good after finished, then went for a shower and could barely lift knees enough to enter bathtub.
Still feeling sick with a nausea

I'm not counting macros, but I'll be shooting for around 200 p, 120 c and 80 f. Bout to start the day with 6 eggs, 2 whole 4 whites, piece of wheat bread with peanut butter and orange juice. Got to go out of town for work, may not get to work out today

There's a cycling track nearby I can use, but not confident enough, and might get injured.
Went with an indoor beginner HIIT session with jumping jacks, mountain climbers, butt kicks, high knees sprint, burpees, and finally burpees/push ups/squat jumps circuit. After that, I was done.
hmmm feeling it in front and side delts today, especially if squeezing them. Better late than never...
Cardio session above was fasted or just some coffee. Then started with six eggs, 2 cups milk, 100g oatmeal made into waffles (GF diet).
Estimated TDEE of ~2500kc, current macros 150 P, 250 C, 100 F. Could use some help with diet.
