When you're ready for shoulders again try some cable lateral raises. You can hit the delts from a variety of angles. Man, I love shoulder day!

How's your sleep been? (I remember you were having some sleep trouble.)That can affect recovery
It has improved but still keep waking no less than 3x times per night, each time I take a trip to the bathroom and some melatonin before returning to sleep.

Been a great week. Last night was back and cardio. Tuesday I did shoulders and cardio. You know you work harder when you are surrounded by attractive women LOL I killed shoulders darn young blondes!
Jumped on the scale this morning and weighed in at 202 started at 210. I have to go out of town to God's country (Upper Peninsula of Michigan) this weekend, so diet and maybe some long walks in the woods.

You are getting there. Do not roll your shoulders forward. You want to show the width. Puff your chest out and roll your shoulders back. It looks like you have the correct torque pushing your elbows forward.
Once you get this, you will be surprised at how your back looks!!!
In a competition, the judges are below the stage level so you actually bend back .

I hope this helps. I am by no means the best poser in the world, but I do compete so I have an idea. LOL

    K, thanks for the brotips.

About poor recover I've noticed the ammonia breath smell lately is worsening, or just happening more frequently. It only takes a brief walk outside to trigger it. I'm starting to get concerned whether it could be nitrogen from protein breakdown, that means muscle catabolism lol. Or perhaps, the Tren is so potent into shifting nutrient partition to muscles, the glycogen stores gets too easily depleted and fat breakdown happens (that would also somewhat smell as ammonia).

Whatever it is, I'll further up carbs to 400g die...

I did not notice it on my breathe, but I did notice it in my sweaty soaked clothes after working out. I attributed it to the tren. I was running 700 PW

It's like it eats away all the carbs for himself. I'm still using a bit of it, 20-30mg ED tren -E.

I think everyone advanced, is just so.
If someone is gaining weight on tren they are probably not really needing it at that point in their life.

Guys! I'm dying over here. Fibromyalgia flare up. The only thing keeping me out of the medicine cabinet is tonight is shoulders night, and I know once I start lifting I'll feel better.

Sorry to hear DC. Does lifting mask the pain?

It does. Even flexing helps. Doctors think fibromyalgia is overactive nerves and a feedback loop, so if you can give the nerves something else to sense and communicate to the brain it masks the pain and breaks the feedback loop. Well, temporarily.
Heat and massage help, too. At least for me.
    And opiates lol

I think I have made some improvement ...leaner. Side chest is my best pose .... I lose fat on tren don't build much muscle, but at almost 57 I really don't want to build much more. I still can't take good pics. Some I look small .... side chest it what I see.

Ok when I try to post pics it says I am over my quota? Are my pics to large? I edit them down to kb? Ok I went and removed attachments I had on the first 20 pages I should have room for more pics now.

Thanks! Been working legs and back hard because after taking my initial pics I realized i was really weak in both. Just need to keep getting leaner. Still haven't figured out how to make my lats look how I see them!

Back looks great. Try getting the light all the way down your back (ie move forward a little). It will look even more impressive.

I know that getting pics are tough, but make sure you have good lighting so that you show your best. There is a lot left to the judges when they need to add their subjective evaluation. If the lighting is great then there is less interpretation left to the judges.
Just my $.02. Everyone is working so hard.

Probably most of it is water. I usually gage my back on the amount of water that I’m holding.
