In for arms, might add calves as I skipped them last leg day.

Going to try cable overhead tris extension with rope attachment vs double handed DB, much safer to hit failure without a spotter that way.

Resting hr doing really well, 3 days off t3. As I feared, my reactive hypoglycemia (blood sugar drops after I eat, I over produce insulin ) came back today. It hit me so hard I had to pull over and park for 15 mins. Bad shakes, heavy sweating, dizziness, whole body feels like it's full of sand, seeing flashing lights and so on. If I had to guess blood sugar, judging by readings I've had before, I'd say it was in low 40's. Gonna talk to doctor, but from everything I've read, nothing can be done about, but obviously t3 works extremely well. My see if doc will give me some kind of thyroid medicine, and hopefully find a dose that will prevent the low sugar, but not cause elevated hr

    Arms

    Super 21s dry oly bar
    Seated curls
    Hammers
    Preachers

    Rope overhead tris ext
    Straight bar pushdowns
    Close grip smith bench
    dry oly bar skulls

Literally forgot wrist curls, lost myself into chatting. Session overall was good, mood energy stamina out of nowhere. Not enough time for traps (again).

Summer is here, temps are hot yet acceptable. Hope it's gone soon...

Does that happen with you eating anything? Have you tried associating foods to that high insulin , or lack of glucagon (the anti insulin hormone) response?

Seriously doubt there is nothing that can be done medically to help you. MDs like to treat symptoms instead of conditions.

It's called reactive hypoglycemia and it's poorly understood, most will probably say it doesn't even exist.

How much T3 were you using tarzan

Yes, eating causes it. Not as bad if carbs are low, especially refined carbs like sugar and flour.

Never heard of glucagon, just read a little on it, sounds interesting

Maybe a lower T3 dose might still be of help and not cause an increase in HR, think 5mcg.

Most likely since the HPT axis works much like the HPTA, exogenous thyroid hormones are suppressive when you quit them you need some time to recover.

Good thing is the HPT is quite resilient.

I live by the seaside so the air is wet most of the time. We should get some N-NW wind by tomorrow that gotta be refreshing.

Cold showers help a lot, had one before dinner (1000+ kc eheheh) and felt much better.

Heading to bed now straps should be in tomorrow in time for back day by night.

Pb thanks for your concern and all you others.
    I am ok.
Just irritable and busy and hot and pissed off.

235lb atm bf% slightly up but thats ok.
Kids keep thinking I am John Cena and life is straightening out a little after three years of hell.

What will I do when I am over and through these two large life stressors I have dealt with?
I will probably just find replacement stressors.

I have a weird front to back thickness going on. Hopefully in the next couple years I can widen out my arms and legs a little more.
