Got sick to my stomach again this morning working out, didn't take anything this morning, including dbol . Thinking it may be lack of carbs, drank a small gatoraid after and felt fine. I usually drink one before, so I guess I'll start doing that again. Only had eggs before workout

    Charger,
Did you really see 180BPM? 220-51 ...169 is supposed to be your 100% IAW with common practice of figuring heart rates. That's pretty high IMHO for an old fart like you. Shit at 153 this morning it felt like my heart was going to beat right out of my chest. Maybe my CV sucks! I do have scaring on both lungs from a motorcycle crash or two.

Oh and by the way do you have a 69 Charger?

I have been told that being on the high side of normal E2 is a good thing when on cycle, because you will supposedly build more muscle. Don't know the science behind this or have much experience with it. I usually try to keep my E2 around 26. It was 19 when I went first started HRT and before ever doing a steroid .

I did. Painted like the dukes of Hazard, 01 on the doors, confederate flag on the roof. 440 HP, Holley 4 barrel, .355 rear end posi, dual point distributor. Oversized valves, modified cam and max pistons. Even Daisy Duke in the back seat.

Yep I had almost the same car 440 big ol loopy cam ... Daisy rode up front Texas car with no rust! 69's are harder to find than 68 because they destroyed so many on the show. Damn I should have kept that car.

    180 I would die!

It has some logic to it but we talking a high end of range, quite difficult to attain such fine regulation btw.

Myself I'm quite sensitive to it, I got bilateral gyno to deal with and any excess just seem to go straight to my chest other than impacting my overall functioning and performance (physical, mental, sexual etc), so I'm not quite the guy that can stand high E2, reason why I love non aromatizable compound such a Tren and tbol.

    Also I'm not cycling.

Today for example I could not notice despite strength and stamina were my usual I didn't break a sweat while normally I get soaked.

I have also noticed some interplay between E2 and my thyroid. Estrogen and the thyroid hormones are both CNS stimulating, lately (6-8 months...) I've been dealing with ridiculous fatigue and daily drowsiness and keeping the E2 high-ish despite the other sides helped quite a bit, but since I've upped my thyroid meds, my energy returned back to normal naturally.

Pic from today. Exercise I focus most on chest day are flies. I don't do much presses aside from incline db presses, but I go light on them, I hate the presses I just don't seem to have the right mechanics, and my tris fatigue very easily, but I'm working on them.

Three good sets flat bench flies to failure, warm up then 20kg working weight, 1st set 9 reps -fail; 2nd 6 rep, RP, 3 more; I'm usually stop at this point but today was not contented and pulled a third set, 5 rep, RP, 3 more.

then inclines blah blah pullovers and some tris extensions.

As a kid I dreamed about owning and driving one those those. Not talking excellence like lambo and ferrari, but Italian cars are well, you know, Italian.

Yes 68 not much different except the 68 had round tail lights and 69 had rectangular tail lights.

The front grill is different on 69. I used to have a collection of 68-70 chargers, and a couple of 70 challengers. At one point a total of 7.
Now you made me want to .

For a short while I drove a '55 Powell Sports Wagon. 3 on a tree. Built on a '41 Plymouth chassis. Not too many of them were made but I understand the city of Compton used a fleet for city business (maintenance???)

make sure you throw the weights in trash after you use them because they are "spent,, and of no use to anyone else now"
