Same here, I'll be 46 this September. I'm actually feeling better now that I've lost a lot weight. One thing I've noticed is it don't take as long to lose gains. If I skip one week at the gym, it's almost like starting over

I hope that you are not in the desert. I lived in the desert (Imperial Valley) for 26 years. 120 F in the summer and it would cool down into the 90’s for a fraction of a second at night. Try cardio outside at 110 F. The freaking air would burn my lungs.
