Tiger fitness and Furious Pete: How to keep gains during Ramazan

Tomorrow Ramazan starts in most countries around the world. for those of you who don't know what Ramadan is. well, it's a month where Muslims fast from the dawn to sunset. And it's not only about foods and beverage like most think. During the day of Ramazan Muslim mustn't have sexual intercourse and shouldn't get angry or curse. In general you must be nice and calm.
Challenges: For those who smoke or alcoholic this can be challenging. they are likely to be aggressive and dangerous.
Lucky vs Unlucky: as you know some countries have short day and fasting can be as short as having a late breakfast, If you are unlucky (like me) you must fast as long as 20hours!
Now how to keep your gains while fasting. Honestly I think it's impossible you will either get fat or skinny depends. anyway, this is what tiger fitness says:
