Always have Todo lists because I procrastinate. I keep repeating them in my head until I find opportunities.

    1. Get on a routine of supplements for lipids, already using NAC but want to add slo niacin and red yeast rice
    2. Compete in raw powerlifting late this year or next year
    3. Start using short esters
    4. Plan a better cutting diet without peptides 4x per Day, that raises blood sugar too much
    5. Write some articles, I have a load of bookmarks with info/studies with things many overlook and underestimate, it will do people good.

Good luck on the competition. You have it in writing so now you need to prepare!

Let me ask about the red yeast rice. It was my understanding that the FDA has determined that red yeast rice products that contains more than trace amounts of monacolin K are unapproved new drugs. This meaning that all red yeast rice in the US does not do anything for cholesterol.
    Do you have different information?

The weird thing is that monacolin K is not allowed but most labels do not depict how much there is.

The FDA ordered the statins similar to Lovastatin (in RYR) removed some years back. It's randomly enforced.
    Order from over-seas.

When New Yorkers say "the city" that means Manhattan, right? Yes, the city and also Brooklyn. I have two good friends in Brooklyn whom I'd love to visit.

Sorry to hear about your cat.

    1) Visit outer space and/or another planet.
    2) Win lotto jackpot.
    3) Give most of it away.

A short list, I know. I did most of mine already. Crap like travel abroad, find love, learn another language is done. Things like fitness goals and fast cars are small potatoes to me, not really life goals. I'm old enough that my demons are more like companions now, so I don't even wish them gone.

The only one I'd have after those is to become immortal. I'm driven by curiosity to see where humanity ends up a hundred years or maybe even a thousand years from now.
