    **What’s your favourite exercise?**

What is your favourite movement to do in the gym, the one what feels easy, makes you feel so strong and invincible. We all have one body part what seems super human what's yours??

Squats, hands down. Back Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, you name it. Blows my mind every time how much it works my body.

Definitely dumbell chest press for me. Loved them ever since I switch from using a barbell.

Close grip Upright rows to the teeth/nose area.

As the bar gets to the top I lift my shoulders up and roll them back pulling apart the bar.
Works my delts and traps like nothing else.

Dangerous if performed at a heavy weight. Slow and controlled is key.

Also love decline bench, leg press, and cable rows or pulldowns.

Hmm tough one! I’d have to say deadlifts or other back exercises.

Shoulders for me. Hitting shoulder press on the machine with 4 plates on each side can and makes me feel invincible
