I kicked pre-workout!! Ive been hooked for a long time, I cant even remember how long.............years for sure. It was bad, everyday, a lot of times it was twice a day.....I really looked forward to it. I would keep 2 different brands in my work truck and about 4-5 in my house, I had my morning favorite, day time then real pre-work out. Driving down to Florida last week I must have taken it 4 times, it wasn't even working anymore but I still needed it. Eventually I wasn't sleeping very much, my body breaking down so now since I came back to NY for a couple months I decided it was time to clean up. I feel much better and finally sleep good, I was waking up in the middle of the night having anxiety issues, sucked bad.
Have any of you had any experience like this? How much do you guys use if any at all?
