After my dramatic improvement in 10 min am I not allowed to compete? Don’t see my name up there. You’re going to need it for the trophy.

Participate. You yourself said you fell out of shape cause of your ex (might recall wrong tho). This is the right time to set that first step forward.

I would love to. I am just paranoid about posting pics of my self online. Too many identifying marks even if I did edit the face.

Its tempting to join this one, but I know I'll be too tempted to run a cycle, and I need to wait. Plan to clean bulk, maybe recomp rest of the year, than start a cut cycle January. I will definitely hang out, and bullshit with yall

New gym has a posing room so I should be able to get good pics.

Here's my plan for all twelve weeks.

Week 1-4 no AAS, will use peptides (GHRP+GHRH). Cutting phase, cardio daily, moderate/low carb diet with refeed days when needed. About 2500 calories on the low carb days. Around 250g protein, 150g carbs, 100g fats

    Cutting phase daily routine (optimistic):
Peptides upon waking up, cardio, work, lift every other day after work (cardio on non lifting days) - peptides before lifting/cardio too. First and last meal either homemade protein bar or quark (type of cottage cheese) in the blender with berries et.c. Meal 2,3,4 will be chicken, lentils/kidney beans/chickpeas, vinaigrette on flaxseed oil. Supplements: NAC, fish oil, niacin (waiting for it to arrive)

Week 5-12, 350mg test prop, 350mg NPP. Clean bulk with a little cardio and possibly peptides here too to maintain bodyfat and if possible even lower it (have accomplished this twice before). About 3500 calories, 200-250g protein, 400g carbs, 100g something fat. Meal plan similar except first and last is protein bar (larger size), and meal 2-3-4 will not have spinach for bulk but bulgur or rice for carbs.

Daily routine similar to cutting but cardio only at night on non lifting days. Will try to keep using peps for fat loss. Same supps but more NAC on cycle.

Another goal will be to keep bloods, lipids especially, not too bad with the cycle. This is why I am experimenting with niacin, it should help with HDL especially. Then the high fiber, high omega 3, low sat fat diet should help on top of that.

Dude, nice! You got a great plan.
Now tell me about those peptides. Sounds like something I should look into.

GHRP (I have some GHRP6 and Ipamorelin) and GHRH (Mod GRF 1-29). 100mcg of each when fasted or at least no calories for 3-4 hours. Then ride the GH release wave and try and get some cardio during that time. Ingest food later when the GH release is starting to go down by itself. I got them from "Toms Peptides" which disappeared months after they were featured in a doping documentary on Al Jazeera. Sadly it seems extremely difficult to find legit peptides, just get a script for them instead if you're in the US (impossible in my country though). GH causes fat loss due to temporary insulin resistance https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/88/4/1455/2845123 . If you ingest food before using peptides you block the natural GH release they cause. If you ingest food when GH is high you raise two hormones that are meant to be on a pendulum, insulin and GH (fed vs fasted), not that it won't help with some fat loss but your blood sugar will go up over time as you do this = insulin resistance... Real HGH would be better but not an option for me now.

Haha thanks! I debated on training for a powerlifting meet until I figured out I had a torn hip labrum. Took a few steps back and started lifting lighter.

As a judge I of course will be following closely. I like how CousinMuscle (CM for short to much typing) laid out his plan. From his plan I can clearly see his end goal is less fat and more muscle. On paper it looks like a great plan.
I have started a word document where I will try to track pertinent information that each contestant post, then try to hold their feet to the fire ... aka motivate along the way. Dig deep ... the best laid out plan will mean nothing if not executed properly with intensity.
I hope to learn from this, should be interesting.

Quite challenging week for me. Currently going through an heatwave here in Italy. I do poorly in the heat and I would feel fever sick especially in the afternoon. Just had a cold shower and feeling better. Wonder if baby aspirin or low dose paracetamol would help with it too.

Back for me tonight, used to be chest as everyone else but got pissed about equip not available so shifted it to Tuesday.
