    Turtle shell phobia!

I'm along way from seeing my abs, but plan to be there by summer. I've always had a fear of working abs, mainly cause I cant see them, and dont wont to build them only to push my gut out farther. But as I get closer to seeing them, I fear I may have the genetics to have the turtle shell look. I hate the way abs look when they protrude out as much as ones chest does. I would rather have a flat stomach with no visible abs. Are my concerns legit?

How do keep from looking like the guy on the left? Notice how you cant see the guy on the right lower abs, I would be fine with that

Don't take immense amounts of gear combined with immense amounts of GH combined with immense volume of food...

Those aren't huge an muscles those are big organs pushing from the inside. There was a great video by Dave palumbo on his YouTube channel on this. When you eat humongous amounts of food continuously your stomach muscles (in the inside) never get to stop so they grow. The solution to this was fasting and not using gear.

Work your abs man need strong abs, otherwise you'll have back issues due to the imbalance.

Imbalance, I dont work lower back either...lol
I'm sure building large abs is not that easy anyway. Me saying this is probably like people saying they dont weight train because they dont want to look like Arnold. Like it's that easy lol

Yep, and you can't even train abs with heavy weight, wrong muscle fiber makeup, you do them high reps anyway.

I plan to start working my lower back, very lightly, so I'll start working abs too. I will go very easy, I'm still gun shy from my back injuries (herniated disc). I plan to do some straight leg deadlifts, bar only to start

    G,
I had a herniated disc in my lower back that had been bothering me for the last 5 years. Orthopedics, MRIs and just a bunch of bad options. A few months ago I walked in a chiro's office. He did adjustments and it was just ok. We talked about Decompression. I went twice a week for two months, then it was once a week then once every few weeks. Now I get a regular adjustment every 6 weeks. My back hasn't been this good in ten-15 years. I didn't realize how irregular it was to be in pain.
Decompression is a special technique where you are strapped in and gently stretched then iced (to avoid inflammation). You may be able to shop for a chiro in your area that does the procedure. If your interested, PM me to verify your interested and I'll talk to my chiro about how to find a provider.
Also, the turtle thing: I think it's GH + food. One of the indications for GH use is short bowel syndrome.

Everything that guy says is about big gut fetish. The funny part is his asian way of making it sound like a porn video header, every time
