Gym gear I can not live without
About once per year, I buy new shoes and some other stuff. The wear and tear when doing CrossFit compared to walking around my old gym are quite substantial.
Considering we got a bunch of other fitness nerds on here what are some of your favorite gym gear that you would never trade for anything else?
My current favorite shoe is FASTLIFT 335 from Inov8. Better than barefoot squatting in my book. LINK: FASTLIFT 335

Squat shoes (2008 adistars) for squat days
That's it. I always have chains in the car in case the gyms dipping belt is gone.

Everything else I can live without. If i don't have gum I grit my teeth so hard my jaw hurts. I've been thinking about getting a mouthpiece, but it's just too weird. On bench day, i have this consistent habit of wrapping the gym around my teeth so i don't suck it down while breathing. When i don't have gum it's like my whole set up is off.
Yeah, if i die while benching it'll be a ridiculous reason.
