    Milk and cookies...

    how about we all take a minute and start getting along... we are trying to get things all smoothed out around here it has taken work on all parts... some people are stepping back some are moving forward and we would like to see if people would just take a chill and help make things go forward...

    we are all adults and we should be able to step back and look before we hit reply... no reason to attack someone you do not agree with...

    just post your thoughts without attacking another... we are all entitled to our thoughts and opinions but not everyone has to agree with our thoughts and opinions... remember that when posting...


    I take Advil you take aspirin... both get the same results for both of us, (headache gone) end result why argue one is better than the other. BOTH worked proving there is more than one way to do things...


    so milk and cookies time... tea and crumpets... I do not care just lets all move forward...

    I got excited, clicked on the thread, and there are no milk and cookies to be found. I cannot tell you how much of a let down this is.

    Agreed. There’s no room in this world for people who act that way. Besides, acting like a jerk only hurts your own cause. The bodybuilding/fitness community is a small one and we all need to stick together.

    Total agreement from me on moving forward with the board and I agree I don't want to get into the oily bear hugs with Cape. I'll kill paper with him at the range anytime, even when he wears the Marpat speedo and snakeskin boots, but I draw the line @ oily man hugs.
