Fitchicks vs yoga girls
I think a girl who lifts weights looks better than a girl who does yoga any day of the week. Thats just my shallow objective small minded male opinion
What do you think?
I thought of this because my girl had me do some bs bedtime yoga video with her. What a lazy excuse for excercise. Im sure the real routines are more intense but i just dont understand why somebody wouldnt lift weights if they are willing to devote 20-30 minutes to something.

Supposedly its for mobility and peace of mind. Been thinking of doing the Diamond Dallas Page one........been thinking about it for years now!
