My biggest competition is actually mexican outfits in Kansas City. They haven't figured out what they are worth and kill other tree crews on bids. A wall wont help though. Temp visas are easy to obtain. They expire though. I really think the wall is a waste of resources.

Those questions seemed pointless and random at the time but this letter raises the possibility that Senator Mitchell about the boyfriend's letter and was setting a perjury trap for Ford, which she proceeded to fall headlong into.

Which, including lies about remodeling the house, makes two counts of perjury against Ford. And counting.


Ford also had a criminal record stemming from a traffic stop in Catawba County, NC in 1985. That record sat quietly on a dusty shelf for 35 years but for some reason someone took action to have it expunged (possibly through a post-trial diversion) three weeks before Ford sent her letter to Rep. Eschoo. The timing of which looks suspiciously like someone was trying to clean up Ford's past in preparation for an anal exam.


Senator Grassley now is asking for the therapist's notes and the polygraph results, but Ford's lawyer is stonewalling them.

See I thought this nearly 20 years ago in the Hamptons. I was in my early 20's working on Geothermal wells for a big 10,000sq foot house and I saw 4 Spanish guys working on it. I said to my Uncle "they wont be able to do the specialized/custom work." He said they will be doing everything in 10 years. He was correct, when I just left my crew (I had one Spanish kid) and 1 plumber were the only American guys, 30 Spanish, they did every aspect of the carpentry, landscape and masonry. Great guys, some I considered good friends and that says a lot because Im pretty select when it comes to friends. Not many were Mexico's, mostly Brazilian and Guatemala. My school in my town, 60% Latino now and not just getting here, second generation that are doing VERY well. Driving Mercedes, they have bought up many of the deli's and turned them into Latino delis, good hot food, ate there 3 times a week very good one by my gym.

Trump is a shoe-in for re-election in 2020. The demoncrats have gone so far left in their efforts to create a majority coalition from all of society's miscreants and misfits that all they've got to run against him are Hitlery Klinton (Part III), Shinola Harris and Bernie Sandals. And none of them are credible candidates.

The dems still don't 'get' Trump's appeal and every stunt they pull to attempt to break his connection with his voters only strengthens it. And their dirty tricks are so transparent, they're driving historic demoncrat voters over to his side. That's why the Kavanaugh hearings cemented his re-election.

So the Trumpster stays in the White House until 20 January, 2025. At which time Darth Vader Ginsburg will be 91 years and 10 months of age, if she lives that long. But the Social Security Administration's mortality tables put her odds of living until then at about 1 in 5. By then Steven Breyer, the court's next-oldest neo-Bolshevik, will be 87. SSA says odds of his living that long are about 27%. So odds are pretty damn good that Trump will get to replace one or both of them.

With Kav's confirmation, SCOTUS has a solid majority of conservative justices for the first time since 1934. Ponder on that fact for a moment. The demoncrats have had at least parity on SCOTUS -- and a controlling majority for far more of that time than not -- since the year after Darth Vader Ginsburg was born. Losing this measure of control galls the demoncrats' asses because they have dominated SCOTUS for so long that they had come to consider it their birthright.

It's even entrenched in the demoncrat party's strategery. Elections to them have become of secondary importance because whatever they don't win at the ballot box they can enact judicially by means of activist appeals court judges who legislate from the bench. Except Kavanaugh, not to mention Trump, imperils all that. Not only because Trump is matching Sheikh Obama (piss be upon him) for appointing YUGE numbers of federal judges of his own political stripe, but because all appeals court decisions are subject to overturn by SCOTUS. And a 5/4 conservative SCOTUS will never support their looney-lefty agenda.

All that caterwauling over a 5-4 conservative majority. So imagine how bunched-up their panties get at the prospect of a 6-3 conservative majority, which is what will come to pass if Trump gets to nominate a third Supreme.

Just imagine what delights they're already planning for Trump's next SCOTUS nominee. Whoever it is will wish they had had it as easy as Kavanaugh.


And despite what the dems and their talking heads in the mainstream media tell you, their core opposition isn't about Roe v. Wade. Because Roe v. Wade, despite being an illogical and constitutionally unsupported piece of shit, is protected by the later Casey decision. Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992) is a much more judicially sound decision that builds on Roe such that you can't attack Roe except by going through Casey.

The demoncrats just use Roe v. Wade as a dog whistle. Which is understandable, because most of their constituents are too simple-minded to understand the nuanced distinctions.

What they're really worried about is the Second Amendment. The Heller decision only passed 5/4, so they were one vote away from undermining the most important aspect of 2A: the right of the individual to Keep and Bear Arms.

With Kavanaugh's confirmation, the last vapors of hope for repealing Heller dissipate into the ether.

But their nightmare scenario is the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett (following the death or incapacitation of Darth Vader or Breyer). Because she would mean a 6-3 conservative majority. Which probably would be the start of something I have never seen in my lifetime: conservative push-back. Reclaiming the individual rights that liberals have been usurping wholesale since the days of FDR. And returning our country to what Madison and Jefferson and Franklin and those other old dead white guys envisioned for it.

What Kavanaugh got was just the shot across the bow. The warning for Trump's next nominee (probably Amy Coney Barrett) of what's in store for her if she deigns to accept the nomination.

So it's not over. Not by a long shot. The demoncrats will never accept the legitimacy of Trump's election. Because he's doing what Candidate Trump promised to do. He's draining the swamp.
