Hi All
Quick update:
Weekend has been OK, training not bad.
Legs Friday, pull Saturday and push Sunday. resting up today!
Symptoms feel better, certain things are fading not sure if this is me getting used to them or them actually getting better i'm not to sure, but either way the decompression of the spinal cord needs to happen.
Just counting down the days...

So... I've been thinking long and hard over the past week about a plan of action.
I have decided to come off test completely and attempt a restart now that i have time before my operation, I figured i cant do much at the moment and I wont be able to train for a while post operation so if i'm going to give it another go now's the best time. I don't want to be reliant on testosterone for the rest of my life so I've got nothing to loose... I was able to get TRT with my clinic by timing my blood work to make sure my T was low so i could get a script. My last restart failed because i mentally couldn't handle it and didn't give it enough time despite me feeling ok.
Anyway, plan of action below: If it doesn't work then it doesn't work and ill carry on.. Ill be loosing size either way post operation...
Last shot of Test 180mg done 09/11 start below 23/11.
Day 1-15: HCG 1500IU E3D
Day 1-15: Nolva 20mg ED
Day 15-42: Nolva 40mg ED
Day 15-42: Clomid 100mg ED
8 weeks post PCT get blood work
P.S , will also be posting here https://forums.steroid.com/pct-post-...month-b-c.html

Stay positive, dont rush back in, and remember that muscle memory eill take you right back to max in one cycle.
Stay positive is the biggest thing. I know I would be crushed and angry if I was going through it.
I would just sit around sulking and come apart. Its not that bigga deal and when you come back you can join the most improved contest and mop up!
Lol

Thanks brother and will do.
Am doing everything I can training wise and my nutrition is spot on, confident all will be fine just need to focus my mind on other things when I crash and think ahead!
Haha, sounds like a good strategy to win a most improved comp in the new year!

Decided to change PCT, last time i ran HCG , i felt great then as soon as i stopped my balls shrank and started to feel poop, at the moment they are actually full and a good size, no atrophy so i'm going to avoid HCG.
Wk 1-6 Nolva 40mg ED
Wk 1-2(3) Clomid 100mg ED (might go 3 weeks if sides are ok)
Wk 3-6 Clomid 50mg ED

Hey all...
Not much to update apart from i didn't carry out the PCT i had planned, i just carried on with TRT.
Everything is normal, training has been ok, my symptoms are starting to fade which is great means my nerves are starting to repair, numbness has basically gone in my hands, legs are stronger but still seem to fatigue very quickly.
My Surgeon has said if the symptoms continue to get better there a possibility i wont need surgery, But he said very unlikely but never know!!
Cheers all!

I've had around 9 or so.. I learned to look on the bright side. post surgery , you get to sit there in bed high on drugs while everyone around you waits on you hand and feet and gets you food and whatever else you want. its not too bad may have a hot nurse too, never know

Did a pull sesh last night, training surprisingly has been ok since adjusting to the symptoms. Going to rest today, do push tomorrow and i think that will be my last session, gives me 3 days to rest before surgery, want to be 100% recovered by then!
Exciting times.... not...
Going to be a long Month, Surgery, Recovery, Just bought a house (want to move in by the end of the month), Just got my budgets in for work.... wish me luck lol

Hi all,
So as per above surgery went well; In a fair bit of pain at the moment. Not too much to update apart from that I’m on the mend and should hopefully be back in the gym in about 4 weeks.
Planning my post OP cycle at the moment, very excited to get back to it!
Going to be test, deca and mast not sure on doses yet!

Been 2.5 weeks since surgery, met the surgeon yesterday to remove stitches. He is happy with everything and said i can do some light exercise, so yesterday i did some chest triceps and quads all isolation, light weight and higher reps.
Tonight ill be doing some back, biceps and hamstrings and then a couple of days off, just going to train 3-4 times a week for now. I have a scan in march where they will be checking the bone has fully fused by then i can drop the hammer and start my cycle!!
Cannot wait!!
Anyway, happy with how things are going!!
p.s that's a pic of my neck, pretty happy was worries it was going to be a nasty scar but surgeon has done a very good job so shouldn't be to visible once healed!
