As I have mentioned long time ago,I take neurofeedback .
The girl that puts the sensors on me was talking too much again. I'm never in the mood to talk really,especially because shes kinda dumb,but I go along this time. She says her back is hurting. I ask her what happened,she says she was completing her last rep and I finished for her saying "oh you broke your form".Yeah.
I then ask her how much weight were you using. She tells me two 45s and two 25s for a total of 150.
I tell her she means 185. Yeah she says,shes not good at math she states.
Anyways I keep asking her about her workout and she tells me she does 25 reps. I ask her in one set?
Yeah.How many sets I ask.
Like 4 or 5.
I tell her that's a lot of volume what are you aiming for?
She says posture and hams.....
Could be true,but damn she's pulling well over 300 if she can do sets of 25 at 185.
I did notice some chin hair on her(the mind you can only see in the sun at an angle) last time so who knows.
I asked her who she trains with and she says usually on her own.
Just wanted to share. Future Stefi Cohen maybe.LOL.
