through the holidays my work generally drops off quite a bit, especially the in person training at my gym. Then it really picks back up in February. So I figured I'd help one member of these forums out during this time by giving away a full service 12 week coaching program .
this is an extensive program where I in detail handle everything from training programming, diet, supplementation, AAS etc.. everything is programmed for you, all your macros are tracked and manipulated by me, every meal is set up for you ahead of time, adjustments are made as needed, AAS is used specifically for your current diet and training programming. this is a 'COACHING' program, not a cookie cutter diet and training program with AAS thrown in.
everything is custom tailored.

I guess the easiest way to pick a winner and give this away is just to put names in a hat and then draw one name out and that person is the winner.

to enter the drawing. just PM me. also, so I know your actually serious about wanting to win and commit to 12 weeks of training hard, please give me some details about yourself when you pm me. age, stats, training history, AAS use history, and your specific goal.

note: for this specific give away, and in consideration of this forum being a 'steroid ' forum, I'm only going to be taking entries for this from enhanced trainees, or people wanting to go enhanced for this 12 weeks

yeah, but that will end up throwing off your Macros. as I used very sophisticated mathematical equations to formulate specific protein requirements and 'age' is one factor in that equation you'll just be doing yourself a dis service

Ahhh.... So that's what I've been doing wrong.... I've only been using subtraction... I start with my ass, pull out whatever I think my macros should be.

Problem is you have to explain that to 99% of people.

yeah I don't do it to get rich lol. its mainly out of passion. my main source of income is in person training and the 800+ member gym that I own. online stuff is just taking what I know and being able to share it and help guys out mainly.
of course the contest preps I've done are a lot more time consuming for me, so thats a whole diff deal
