    Hell, even something as simple and common as yohimbine loses most of its usefulness in the presence of elevated insulin levels.

    Fasted cardio does work if you add in yohimbine (start low doses, i know it can elevate the heart rate I have used it for cardio before)

    Is that because of "glycogen stores"?
