January Competition
Well ladies and gentlemen we are closing in on the next Competition. I would like to know if there is any interest , since it is winter, to do a bulk competition? Or do you want to stay with the Most Improved? Depending on how many are interested there may be (coaches). They will help motivate and help with questions and direction. They won’t be laying out meal plans and cycles but would advise on them. Start date will be January 2, 2019. So give it some thought and let me know if interested in competing. And let me know if interested in doing a bulk or most Improved.

I'm not sure but I may do this because to be honest it may give me the kick in the ass I so need right now...ive already been priming for my next run and the accountability factor will get me to post more so im leaning towards doing it...

In the past it’s always been most Improved. 12 weeks. Who shed fat and gained muscle. Each person is judged by start and end photos. You are really only competing with yourself. But the one with the most improvement in the 12 weeks win. We had a natural guy win a while back because he improved more than anyone else. Judges are staff and or members who I ask to participate.
I’m throwing the idea of a bulk ( not fat) comp this time since it’s winter. But we will do what the contestants want to agree on.
You should do it. It’s daily motivation and accountability. And always fun.

I'm in either way. I'll be improving; competition or not!
Maybe rather than have everyone in a bulk, which is fine with me btw, maybe contestants just commit to a direction at the beginning and then are held to that goal? Cut or bulk.

We could make that work, bulk or cut. You will be able to tell from the photos who accomplished the goal they set.

I’m in either way. I’ll be starting my first cycle ever (12 weeker Test only) in a little over a week, so my return to normal levels will coincide nicely with the end of the comp. As such, I’ll probably come in a little behind for a bulking comp, but shedding the water after returning to TRT could help if it goes “most improved”.
Consider me up for it, and indifferent to the win conditions.

I never do this with the intention of winning this is more about challenging myself with the added bonus of cheering/tooling on each other thru out the duration...that and the accountability factor because we all have too much pride to quit so it will push us...
