My wife finally convinced me to go to the dr and get my back checked out. They told me exactly what I thought they would-it’s a muscle strain and to just rest it...
They also said I have scoliosis though and sent me for xrays. It shouldn’t be an issue but they want a baseline to see how it changes in the future.
I’ve been telling my wife I think I have low testosterone from years of opiate abuse. She actually got the dr to draw blood and test my test!! Gotta love that woman! I am very interested to see what my blood work will show

My squats were gawd awful until my buddy gallowmere started working with me. What is it that’s keeping you from doing any kind of squat? Have you tried split squats? I was deadlifting regular and my buddy got me to try sumo and now they’re taking off. Have you tried the different variations of Deadlift to see if your hip still goes numb?

It's the breaking parallel what gets me
I have an undeveloped disk in tail bone, it causes the disk to push into my spinal cord, that particular area causes immediate loss of motor control and like a dead signal.
Like if you were to pinch off communication from that portion to whatever muscles it controls. Straight rubber legs
I have to tweak my left foot out like a pigeon to take the pressure off of that disk and keep it from encroaching my column.
But that foot position will lead to serious injury if I squat, as I won't have both feet under me to control the weight.
Now leg press, shit, you'd think Ronnie Coleman was under the sled.
I just can't do them standing up
The other squat machine thing, we're you have the cradle on your shoulders and what not is also no go.
I can rep easy 750 fir sets of 20 on seated leg press, but that other machine, I'm lucky to get the sled plus 90lbs for 5 or more reps.
Attachment 175522
This is the machine I speak of, I can't do these.

I almost destroyed my ankle, foot and Achilles by riding a 3 wheeler with the pull cord cover off when I was 13 and never thought about shedding a tear. It was so bad the doctor wouldn't let me look at it while he was sewing it up. Thank God it missed all of the critical places by a fraction in every instance but if I get bronchitis I can hardly function.

I worked for over a decade employed and took two sick days.
Once I could not get off the toilet and called in from said toilet. The other time a wasp flew into my ear and when the doctor removed it he pinched and pulled out a piece of my ear wall with his pliers.
I finished the route but I stayed home the next day on oxycodone.
I have milked cows with a broken hand and got casted after the work was done. Similar with broken foot arch.
If I am sick I still work but I will be bitchy and miserable and everyone will know it.

About to go in for my joke session. I can honestly say that if I ever have to go to 3x/week training, bench will be the first thing to get dropped.

Someone please tell me this pump nonsense stops at some point.
I’m definitely going to be looking into something other than test for future cycles. I hate this swollen tick bullshit enough that I’m genuinely considering cutting my 600mg cycle to eight weeks, going back to TRT doses for ten and researching other compounds in between. I’m enjoying the strength increase, but the goddamned pumps and not being able to sleep for the boners and fuck dreams are both pissing me off.
One thing that I do miss about having dogshit test is that I never got pumps.

10 minute warm up and stretch shoulder
7 sets preacher curls 1 warm up 2 sets @115\10-12 reps, 4 sets @95\8-12 reps asked a fellow gym rat to help force reps on last 2 sets.
4 sets of cable triceps pushdowns don't know the weight, the whole stack plus two 10 pound add on magnetic weights. My triceps are probably the strongest muscle I have.
4 sets standing one arm dumbbell hammer curls @45
4 sets skull crushers @95
3 sets alternated cable one arm tricep pushdowns @100 with one arm cable curls @80. Basically a piece of equipment used for cable cross overs with one arm set up and one arm set down. I do both triceps one at a time and use the free hand to force reps then go do one arm at a time bicep curls using the free hand to force reps. 1 set is both triceps and biceps. High reps and squeeze for a good pump.
20 minutes cardio.
Tonight I am going to attempt to push my right shoulder a bit harder.
