I know what pushed me from 176 to 194 in three weeks (going to 600mg of test from 120). Unfortunately, going from 3200 kcals to 4000 hasn’t done shit in weeks. Well, I take that back: it’s made it even harder for me to sit still, and has jacked my basal body temp from 99.6 to 101.
I’ll never understand how I got obese before. Heh.

Well, I think I have the right combo. Not losing too much weight, but vascularity is coming around.
I am also trying site injections and it seems to work good on bi’s. I never thought that it would and there is no scientific studies to back this up.

Shit, it makes sense no matter how you look at it. Most muscular adaptations are inflammation driven. The fuck does everyone think happens when you inject a shitload of hormones and alcohols into a muscle? Yeah, a lot of the effect goes away as the inflammation goes down, but that can be said for all training response as well.
My delts have started getting stupid since I took to injecting them on bench and overhead days.

Had a bad last couple weeks, mostly with my fireworks shop blowing up! I've been dealing with lots of ABC agencies, from the explosive ones to the environmental ones. My friend, that caused the fire, ended up in a burn unit. Besides that, it was pretty freaking awesome! Had some some large stuff in there, it blew that shop to hell and back!!! You can see me in one pic trying to get his truck out, that's when the first explosion hit!
