Small set back this weekend. The government shutdown ended so we went out to celebrate getting paid again real soon. poured a bit of poison down the throat Friday night, but was still able to have a good workout on Saturday.
Sunday my oldest grandson called and asked if he could come over and workout in my basement gym. So I skipped my workout to help him. He is 12 and has his fathers genetics, lets just say he is going to have a hard time looking like his Papa. I have been helping him for a couple weeks now and encouraging him ... I have him convinced that somewhere in him is my genes and he can do it. As of right now he is pretty motivated and I can tell his little male ego is kicking in.
Don't know what I will do today. I think both of the gyms I belong to may be closed due to the blizzard outside.

"Winter" is slowly moving away here, stayed around 72 all night and getting up to around 80-85 today. Luckily I'm traveling this summer (April and May) so I'll miss most of that fun heat.
Last week 188.4
This week 187.6
Very little drop this week so I'll start doing cardio the days when there is time left over which should be 2-3 days/week. Let's see how next week looks, hopefully, the cardio is enough.
Shoulder is looking better, slowly, but had way more veins last year, that was at the end though.

Aerobic Bike:

5 minutes active recovery
10 minutes@120 watts
5 minutes cooldown
Now I have to make an hour and a half drive, to take an hour and a half certification test and then drive an hour and a half home.
I fucking hate driving.

I see my lawyer today so, I'll be back later with a update. See if he can help file for divorce too cause, noone in PA seems like they're willing to guide me over the phone or through email.
