Funny you say that. I wanted to beat the shit out of one today. First off, the interstate over the mountains was closed due to snow. Then it was opened up and we traveled around 25 mph- I usually drive 80. The Mexican cop stopped me because my dogs head was out the window ( in Mexico). He wanted to fine me $3000 pesos (approx $150 USD). He said that I had to have them in a cage to transport them. I kept my cool. Wifey saw I was pissed but I didn’t say anything. The mofo was trying to get my money for clen and T3- no fucking way. LOL
At the end, my wife played victim and he let us go with a warning.
The mother fucker lied to us. He said that someone had texted him of a dog not restrained. Bull shit. He took a picture and then showed it to me. Police have radios not cell phones. Do you know the personal text # of your police???

Pain in my shoulder/neck is getting worse, left arm tingling and hand is very weak. I'm pretty sure it's a disc :(
Guess I'm gonna get a MRI this week, but it's safe to say I wont be doing much lifting. Gonna keep working legs and hit cardio hard, concentrating on losing fat. Cape, can I swap back to most improved in light of the injury? If not, i might as well drop out. It sucks, because i put on 18 lbs, but i was bout ready to start cutting anyway.

My biggest fear is permanent damage. My left hand is so weak right now I cant play guitar...I cant have that!
Relax a bit, you are addressing it quickly, but it does need to be addressed.
Get the MRI, it might not be disc. Symptoms can also be handled non-surgically as well.

Must have been arm day for everyone over the weekend? I am still having a problem getting good peaks on my biceps, anyone got the magic exercise? I have plenty of size in my bi's and tri's just can't get the peak. I have a decent horseshoe in the tri though.
Really decent workout at the hotel gym. Now enjoying some protein and coffee at work.
