Diet is back on track, no alcohol for awhile, and starting fasted AM cardio 3 times a week. Oh and will be increasing my HRT test cyp to 200mg wk, tren E at 400mg a week, T3 at 80mcg daily, HCG 250iu's twice a week, NAC, Caber, Stane etc etc ....
