Got back in Bangalore at 3am to a cool 85 degrees [emoji16] Feel good enough to start working out tomorrow again. Going to see what can be done in these last three weeks. Might be expecting to much out of myself....
I’m not yet. I’m going to be switching around for two weeks because I want to get some of this shit off of me while I still have Test and Dbol coursing through. Gives me time to shed some of the fat and find a new stable maintenance before going back to TRT doses for a few months.
Plus, because I’m the curious type, I want to see how my cutting diet works with various compounds involved. Luckily, it’s so extreme and short that I can fit it into pretty much any cycle. It worked absurdly well when I had 50-150 levels of test, so I’m curious to see how it does when on.
Mmhmm. I’m just leaving it in place because fuck it, why not? I don’t actually give a damn about the water retention hiding fat loss in the short term, because of the aforementioned extremity of my cutting protocol. I don’t need to see exactly what’s going on to know it’s working. There’s no “adjust calories when fat loss slows”. It doesn’t slow. You’d literally die running what I do for extended periods of time.

well that's good, glad no one is injured, i am. i just don't talk about it. or better, i just ignore it and keep going lol... I do have a ultrasound and xray set up for the 20th for my knee and shoulder. finally get to the bottom of this crap...
currently taking a few days off to give my knee and wrist/forearm a break. just focusing on cardio for now.

Great workout this morning! Shoulders and traps. Feeling better and stayed away from the Bourbon this weekend. If I can shed some bodyfat in the home stretch here I feel I can still be competitive.
