    My back finally feels a little better tonight. I might try to get back to the gym tomorrow!

    I’m actually up 4lbs since Jan 1 I think the fact that my diet hasn’t changed yet I haven’t really been to the gym in almost a week has something to do with that weight gain

    According to everyone, what I’m about to do in a couple of hours causes it: High rep conventional deads from the floor.

    Nevermind the fact that I’ve seen them unfuck chronically injured backs on more than one occasion. Amazing how making something stronger (to a point) makes it stop fucking hurting.

    My first week went very well. Every muscle in my body was worked out hard and is a good sore, zero caffeine, zero junk food, and only 3 weak drinks on Saturday evening.

    Here is what I face every time I walk into the break-room at work to refill my water cup.

    I will not attempt to bribe the judges like some of you, that would be unethical.
