Had my first semi cheat meal today if you can call it that. We had to fly to Chennai and visit the US consulate for new passports and took the opportunity to have a steak. Was delicious.

Duff don't know if that was intended for me or German? I try to give blood every 8-10 weeks, I was at week 10. But, you have a point low iron can cause red blood cell issues and giving blood to often can cause that. So in Germans case small or low red blood cell count could make you a bit lethargic. Best thing anyone can do is go get full labs to see what is going on inside. We can guess all we want, but labs are the only way.

lol... he was talking about my period.. which never came.
and yes. labs would be ideal, after the 25th i can run blood work.
as for now, guessing game. but, i felt wayyyy better today. i got up at 718 like, i like to, and went on with my day as usual.. so, who knows... maybe the late nights caught up to me?

Well shit, I got another injury. Started week and a half ago, what I thought was a crick in my neck/upper back, now I think its something worse. It's on my left side, bout halfway down my shoulder blade, kinda under the inside edge of the blade. Went to doc yesterday and got a shot of lidocaine, in the area, but that hasn't helped. It's bad enough it hurts all day, but its keeping me up at night. Even took two ambien's last night and still didnt sleep! I'm done lifting till it goes away. I did go to gym today and done some cardio and stretching. It was pretty awesome when I saw doc, for first time in a couple months, and first thing she said was "damn you done bulked up"...lol

Might be a disc at the base of your neck.
I had very similar recently.
Reverse peck deck helped immensely.
I got in a cross bench pull ver position and set a 50 lb db on my forehead with the edge of the bench rest ing on the point of pain and relax with the db on my forehead. It popped nice then I would work my upper center back.
Its still fucky but much better.
Mine hurt both shoulders and elbows. It was terrible pain though it was nothing more than a pinched nerve.

Yep.
Mine started in my shoulders and elbows then in a few days I could feel it in my back.
Back hurt but the elbow and shoulder pain hurt like holy hell. Chiro put it in twice and it came back out immediately.
Finally had my gf start doing it and worked it long enough it settled on a decent location lol
