    Neck/shoulder finally starting to ease off, back at it lifting. Fingers crossed itll continue to get better.

    Btw Cape, cardio not going to well, think I'll swap back to bulk...lol

    Feel great today and back at it. Trying to grow traps but not easy ... ain't catch many mice with these traps ... LOL

    Hopefully its what I got.
    It was short and sweet maybe 48 hours. Longer if you count getting strength back.
    Nausea puking and feverish though I skipped the puking unlike everyone else.
    Worse was total zap and soreness
