Thread: Official January 2019 Competition

    Official January 2019 Competition

    It’s that time again. There will be two classes in this competition. We will have Most Improved and Bulk.
    Most Improved will be judged on fat loss, muscle growth/ retention and definition.
    Bulk will be judged on mass put on. Bulking will also come with some fat. This is not who can put the most fat on.


    Start date January 2nd.
    End date. March 27th

    Starting picture deadline January 4th
    Ending picture deadline March 29th

    Please list your stats. Age height weight and if you are doing most Improved or bulk.

    Picture submissions must include

    Front relaxed
    Back relaxed
    Front double bicep
    Rear double bicep
    Best side chest
    Quads

    These are for beginning and ending pictures.
    Feel free to post any other pictures through out the competition.
    You will only be judged on start and ending pictures.

    Judges will be announced later.

    Have fun. Kick ass. Talk shit.

    put me down for MIP cape as I feel the judging for bulk will in the end be a fiasco but I will enjoy seeing the end results and the markers for which the bulk was ultimately judged/decided...breaking new ground on this one though, I like it...

    Those pics give a great overall view of fat, water, definition and shape.
    For upper body, I recommend at least the waist up. Waist down for lower body.
    Just a recommendation to make the comparisons easier for the judges.

    I knew I was right to start my first cycle a couple of weeks before start date. Giving me a chance to dial things in. I know weight gain isn’t linear, even when 600mg is involved but goddamn. Spiked to 185 in a week and a half...aaaand sitting at 184.5-184.7 for the last week.

    3900-3950 kcals/day is likely not going to be enough to support my retarded training regimen. This is gonna suck.

    When you say “front relaxed” that means totally relaxed right? As in not flexing abs either? I feel like i might have a little bit a fat skinny boy look...my stomach looks a little rounder than I remember! Fuck

    I’ve been up since 1:30 am (EST). That’s pretty much my normal day, but I think it’s as opposed to night owl as one can get. I go to sleep when it gets dark (5:30-ish right now), and I wake up when my body is done sleeping.

    Been back and fourth on running a bulk or cut, so fuck it, I'm gonna do both. I'm gonna cut for 6 weeks, then bulk for 6. I really want to bulk, but I need to cut some fat, and I'm tired of doing recomp. I'm gonna run tren /test/mast and t3/clen for cut, then test/npp/mast and dbol for bulk.

    Out of curiosity, why npp versus deca ? I always struggle with which way to go but ultimately always choose Deca for the convenience of fewer injections. Admittedly I tend to run longer cycles (16-18 weeks) so I'm no so concerned with npp's quicker uptake. Just wondering why other people choose what the choose.

    Front relaxed is anything but relaxed! Any pose you do, you want all of the muscles flexed. Posing itself can be a workout.

    You can frontload deca and have quicker results.

    I may start out with a recomp and go into a cut. It depends on how things go. I will compete at the beginning of May and only 4 weeks of a cut is going to be really hard to do.

    If you double up on the first week, your serum levels should be up to where you want them by the end of the first week. You avoid the 4-5 week wait to get them up there. After that it is just maintenance. You can also run shorter cycles.
