What i learned in 2018:
High rep training does NOT make u smaller or less buff.
Carbs make u bigger, not proteins.
Beond pararell squats are far better than 90 degree or higher when it comes to thighs mass.
Best exercises for traps are neck motions.
To get a broader neck, u need to train neck. Deads or heavy barbell rows/ shrugs are not enough.
The sarm LGD packs on beef.
Running another anabolic sarm with 25 mg of LGD migth not be that effective.
The most gains from mk677 will come as u go. After one year.
Feeders are the best for developing muscles. I thaugth Piana was bullshitting us. He was not.
3 sets of heavy 6-8 reps wont work. Proof?..Everyone do it, everybody looks like shit. (Chemical warfare migth trick your mind).
There is no Q..how much is training, how much is kitchen. Kitchen is 100%, but training is the other 100%. Gary Strydome was rigth. Levrone at the 2016 O had the best kitchen, drugs, knowhow and genetics. Yet his legs were dogshit. Why?..his legs training sucked because of injury.
Vit D is your nr one defense against the flu, not vit C.
Pump builds muscles, if u wanna seek growth, seek the pump.

Sil, could you give some set & rep combinations you like for arms (high rep approach)?
What was/is your results with MK-677? Would you say it is a worth-while substitute for hgh or if you have the $, just go with the hgh?

How do you train the neck effecticly? I have used those ropes before for neck training with a 10-20lb plate but uhm stopped using it some time ago
Whats your neck routine??
Agree on high rep training and training for the pump is effective
Arnold talked about this back in the day

Tris: 50 reps pressdown, 30 reps overhead rope triceps extension, 30 reps dumbell frenchpresses, 2-3 workingset of each.
Bis: machine preacher curls 100 reps, 2 sets, lying on the back concentrations curls with the triceps pressdown ropes, 40 reps. But i think u need to put maybe once a month a heavy 6-8 barbelcurl, alt dumbel curls in there.
I was not fully pleased with my bisgains pre christmas. Considering arm feeders.
if u got the money, go with the HGH.
But mk677 is a cheap alternative. Dont need to cycle it. To me after running it for 3 years i feel my age does not stop new gains and im surprisingle fit even if i often eat normal family food.
And 12.5 mg is enough for the cruise, but i like to blast it with 25 mg 2 periods of 2 months a year. BUT..then the diabetes symptoms turn significant( its not diabetes or a bloodsugarproblem, its the hormon ghrelin which goes Rambo, same symptoms as bloodsugar disorder).Last edited by AR's King Silabolin; 01-16-2019 at 07:56 PM.

Im not a neck expert. Maybe u wanna youtube it. But after 3 months i have dramatic gains. I use a bench, lying on the back with head and neck hanging from the edge, holding a 30-40 pound dumbel at the top of my head, moving slowly my head back far as it goes, then up as far as it goes. 30 reps, 2 sets, 3-4 times a week.
Home, i got my "headmask" with chains from Wish. Attach a 15 kg plate to it, then move the head up and down from a standing position, 30 reps, 2 sets, 2 times a week or more.
Again, i havent studied alot, just used my experience to find out for my self. There is detailed info at youtube from guys who has done this for years, on how u should train it most effetcive. But my approach works too.

Thanks. Just everyday logic. They do 6-8 reps year around. Always look the same. Do 6-8 in 2019 and i guarantee, u will look the same. Wanna look different? Then do different things. Its child logic!
And if u look less buff (wont happen), then go back!

Greatly appreciated Sil! Tried 4x25 with deltoids this afternoon for 4 exercises. Generally the first set was a a warn-up or feeler for resistance & the next 3 to failure. Nice pain & nice pumps.
I started the MK-677 and then dropped it as I thought I was getting bloated. However, now I’ve shed a nice 10# and might try it again (bought a lot). TY for the heads up about the diabetes symptoms.
Will probably go the hgh route this year.

I bought a cheap football helmet & face mask. I ran resistance tubing from the mask to a stationary object. Do neck rotations and side bends, both work the Sternocleidomastoids (run from the bonebump behind the ears (mastoid process) to the collar bone (clavicle). Very prominent muscles of the neck.

Neck is 21.5" off cycle 22 on a heavy test run.
I reduced it a little with bodyfat reduction but I still hate it. People tell me to wear V-necks but I remind them that I am not gay. There is no cure. It will just keep growing. It makes me look like a psychotic asshole from the side. Nothing I appreciate about it.
Losing flexibility very bad in my neck. Cannot look backwards to reverse in my Vehicles. If I try it cuts off circulation and I get dizzy as hell.
A neck does not need to be trained.
Smaller it is the bigger everything below it looks.
I look like a pitbull fked an angus bull.

I just think that it is a broad statement that low reps doesn’t work.
Anyone cycling will get bigger whether it’s low reps or high reps.
I am sure that your base had low reps at some point.
I think that you need to mix them up.

yes..up to 30 years it was all 6-8 and i got close to 300 pounds. But, i was doing 2 cycles a year and had those wonderful youth genes, not the knowhow.
But im certain i would have been bigger and better back then if i knew what i know today. And that is more high rep. Not 15..but 30-50 reps.

I'm trying the side laterals that you were talking about and last night I did so many reps that by the end I was only using 5lb dumbells and failing at about 20 reps. I was so fatigued that I thought I might injure myself if I kept using the heavier dumbells.

Ok. Just do one set 60-100. Just use the mid shoulder head. Ur not supposed to kill it with the feeders cause u should do them every evening as a part of your bedtime routines. If u kill it, it would tax CNS and u end up overtrained.

I don't even have an "arm day" i literally just do the high rep feeder type workout once or twice a week and my arms get bigger or maintain. They are extremely useful. Pump,carbs, high reps= gains
