Where does your city rank? Most hours spent in traffic....
Which U.S. cities were the worst? Led by Los Angeles, the ten most congested American cities, and the number of hours spent in traffic, were as follows:
Los Angeles – 102
New York City – 91
San Francisco – 79
Atlanta – 70
Miami – 64
Washington, D.C. – 63
Boston – 60
Chicago – 57
Seattle – 55
Dallas – 54
Here is the full list. I didn't make the top 10 but my city ranked #14, which is still high! That's out of 1360 cities!!

Denver
I'm at like 120 on the list I think
Traffic is getting worse as well especially when I'm headed to the mountains
Boston is a horrible city for traffic. I was in Boston a few times last year and 2017
The city is awesome but the traffic is some of the worst i have ever seen. Makes sense public transportation is so big on the east coast and everyone who can uses it. Makes no sense to sit in traffic so long and waiting for what felt like minutes just to cover a city block
Chicago was nice and traffic isnt too bad from what I remember but downtown was horrible
Ohio is legit...

Anyone else ever punch their windshield out of frustration in traffic & crack it?

I’m in Toronto and it’s brutal here I heard that it is now the worst in North America for traffic. I often spend 3 hours a day in my car usually at least 2.5.

So far my highest ever was 57 for hematrocit (extra thick) and 19.5-20 for hemoglobin (i remember this specifically because they told me if my hemaglobin would be at 21 they wouldn't let me donate at all)
Right now I hover between 52-54 on average
Donating brings me down to only about 48 and within a few weeks I think I'm back up to where I was before, also I have crashed my iron/ferritn levels once before (frequent donations and they called me a few months back saying you're denied to donate for another month)
Right now i'm at about 52-54 with 18 hemoglobin, I'm used to it at this point

Ok. I see
I just had mine, my hematocrit was 51.5, hemo was 17.7 and rbc was 5.84. I can understand this because my test was something >3,000. I don't know exactly how high, they only went up to 3,000.
The thing that concerned me was my wbc was 14.9. I'm not sure if I was fighting off a cold or what. I did have a very small infection, nothing serious. That could have possibly been it but I don't know. I'm gonna have to get it checked again. One other thing is my CNS was very taxed and I was severely stressed out and I read where severe stress can cause it. I'm just not sure.
