    Fast & hard metal.

I actually don’t mind some rap, particularly if it is fused with metal. Just no bluebirds on shoulders.

If you're serious I gotta agree with you... I get a better workout listening to something calmer, more mental, opposed to raging noise...

Nothing against raging noise. I just can't focus on getting good contractions listening to it

I like a mix personally. Sometimes it's calm, then a good fast song comes on and hits you. But for me, it loses its effect after a song or two, so going to a medium tempo for a couple songs is good
I just keep Pandora on shuffle for different music genres. I get a mix of everything that way.

Listen to one of his songs. He is a mix of rap and country. I do not usually like rap or real down country, however I can get into it.

I attached the Obs song. LOL

Absolutely serious. Bobby Darin playlist on Tidal is always on, loops through a ton of music from that era, wouldnt do it any other way. Today's music is just random noise anyway.

OK, I’m good with that. Kind of like early Kid Rock. Songs called “I Am The Bullgod”.

Those crooners are great. Also love me some Tony Bennett. Do you like doo-wop?

But, need the hard stuff for the gym. PLUS, have to drown out the crap they are usually playing.

Oh yeah. Tony Bennett is good. Especially the duo with Diana Krall, and she's hot.

Sometimes it takes a little extra to get my 54 year old @ss in gear.

Mrs. AG listens to everything from big band to country, etc.

Do you drive & listen to our music? Sometimes I don’t because I find myself getting too aggressive.

My wife is more eclectic as well, but in the day we went to quite a few shows. I think our first was Motörhead with Wendy-O-Williams as a warm-up.

Absolutely....road music. I listen to it @ the grocery as well. Not loud enough to aggravate other people...just enough so they catch snippets and don't engage in conversation.
