Will be adding EQ @ 700mg, novolg, later and possibly superdrol.



Duration will be about four months. I will the rotate compounds.

None of this will be safe advised or recommended.

I am giving myself two days off per week and will require about 1000 pins. Once I start the insulin on my off days I will shoot for 80iu and 1000 gm carb.

Protein goals will be 1.5 gm per lb of weight.

Everyting else IDGAF.
I have been in survival mode and its time to get back to growing and being free from fear.

Never used EQ or superdrol. I will start by diving in head first. I love my job.

I think the anti inflammatory qualities made it so I didn’t feel how much stress I was inflicting on my body. Now I trained very heavy, so if your not going to train like that then ok, but what I’m saying is make sure to let your body recover, man I could train so hard running that much deca.

I am not affected by estrogen in any way other than gyno. I run nolva when I get a knot. No Anti estrogen. I will be running tren E at 200mg just because it helps me stay hard. In every way.

Also am learning about my joint pain quite a bit. My neck slid a disk as best I can tell. Anyway it started with excruciating neck, shoulder, and elbow pain. I mean lay on the ground and roll around moaning pain. I finally have it narrowed down to my back.

Its bee recurring daily. I pop it back in and the first time I lift something heavy it goes back out. Pain has been easing off but when it hits I can barely move my arms. Hoping It heals and I dont need surgery.

Once in a while I take a week or two off and reset. You are definitely right though hoss.
