Has anyone watch the movie transform with matt kroc? He was a record setting power lifter that decided to transition into a woman. The movie is on netflix. Its pretty weird lol but really interesting. Heres a link to the trailer:

Im a libertarian so i dont care what anyone does if it doesnt affect the lives of others. Granted what hes doing seems foriegn and extreme to me, he seems to be a good father (mother?) and even his family seems on board with all of it. My girl roped me into this movie by telling me it was about powerlifting. Which became very clear that there was more to it than that haha. Sorry if someone already posted about this. I dug back a page or two in the threads, Im surprised nobody else brought it up recently.

The dude was a freakin beast. His stats are/were insane. At one point he says he doesnt use test and takes estradiol regularly. I think the guy has to be cycling still (or atleast during the period he made this movie). Hes massive. I just checked his instagram and he/she has a girlfriend. So i guess his true identity was a lesbian female.

Yes, great movie. The support of his kids was impressive. It was tough seeing some of the looks on guys faces though when he came into the gym as a woman.

I know. you cant but feel bad when close friends and even his parents have that “what the fuck” look on their faces when they see the girl version. But hey when your used to seeing someone as a big macho bodybuilder and then suddenly hes wearing a blouse and makeup, its unusual. Especially for the older generation who didnt grow up around this sort of tolerance we have today for transgender people (not saying either opinion is wrong)

When I watched Generation Iron 2, a small part of it dealt with the demise of the female Ms. Olympia due to the lack of femininity.

I haven't watched this movie. And I'm glad that I've found this thread as I'm looking for a good film to watch tonight. Actually I've recently found a list of movie review sites, so I search for movies there. But it is good to find out other people's thoughts before watching. Thanks, guys!
