    My wife says i am objectively much hotter now, than when we met 15 year ago...when i worked as, and looked like a teacher with a teacher cut lol lol.

    But some boys in my class found my website, with pics from the gym and me in tank. And the school inspector suggested a meeting. She told me if i wanted many years as a teacher, she told i should really consider to erase that site. Bitch…
    I sayed goodby just some weeks later and changed my proffession. Computers...boring...then taxi...were i can look the way i feel and meet drunk makeuped girls all day lol!!

    And the money is good too. If u live in a town with lots of students, where there is no Uber and shit and the police do a nice job against the black marked and one major central, as a taxiowner its easy to earn a lot more than working as a teacher or with computers. Seriously.

    I lucked out with my teaching in that I get to teach my favorite subject & I don’t have to collaborate with other teachers or do standardized tests, etc. Plus for only working 9 months out of the year, the $ ain’t bad. I’m basically a loner. I love teaching, but outside of the class, want to do very little with anyone. I think taxi driving would be a great job Sil (unless you have to make small talk with the passengers).

    Man I wish GH was around 3 years ago. I had SO much more energy then and still had some RC left. I’m envious of your age Sil. I hope that you crush it this Summer!

    Hm. I have def felt progress this first week. Good increase in strength.
    IT doesnt show alot of change at the pics, but its all about ligths n angles when it comes to pic.
    First is precycle :
    And if u think i look smaller at pic 2, just shut your mouth and relax lol. I stil got 15 weeks to go!

    Ok guys. Into second week. And another fastingday.
    Tomorow i add another 30 gs of protein ed. Meaning, im adding 3 dl bottled eggwhites.
    So then i will be a total of 3 x 3 dl eggwhites ed.
    U see. This is the only way. Add something evere week or every 2. week.
    Stil on 10 mg LGD. I will add 12.5 mg mk677 ed from today.

    I ask because I was thinking about you hoping for 225 for 30 reps. And I can't see you not being able to do that.

    You look like your an easy candidate for the 500+ club.

    Bumping up to 18 mg LGD and 12,5 mg mk677 from now.
    Looked big and full at the gym yesterday, but it was too crowded to take the selfies. Seems like there are many who wants too look Great for summer in mid Norway this year.
    And a New big dude too. 260, young. Keeps me motivated.
    I did abs, calves, chest, rear head shoulders, tries, shoulders, neck and hams.
    20 to 40 reps. 1-2 workingset. 3 exersises for torso muscles.
    Remember. Always train as little and ligth as possible. Goal is to grow from less. Then u can Just add as u go.
    If u start your cycle with 5 exersises 4 sets with heavy reps, ur fucked. No room for adding. No room for the most important principp. Add!!!!!!!

    No but there was a new chick there too. Lets say 24. Tall. 175 cm. Long Black hair. Blue eyes. Athletic with curves. She was running for maybe 90 min at the mill. Looked a bit shy. And if she didnt understand how sexy she was.
    I def would ler her sit on my face for 60 min just rigth after her running. No questions asked.
    She brougth an ok looking crossfit fellah though. So would have to get rid of him first lol.... Maybe Obs could lure him into the mensroom. Wingman Obs.

    When i was 25 i did 180 kg for 4 reps.
    Never been higher. Im not strong in push exercises. Im a puller. With a 700 deadlift and 3 plates row anyday. Also full magazine at the lat pulldow with some 50 pound added weigth.
    But as u all know. For the last 15 years lifting heavy is not my primary focus. I try to lift muscles. Not weigths. Uknow what imean by that.

    But... Trying to lift heavier or more reps than last time is the foundation for my gains. If i find them.
    Therefor i like to start easy when im trying to peak for summer. Or Christmas.

    Good point.

    I was lagging in bench pretty bad but couch saved my shoulder and helped me add 100lb.
