Yo Yo Yo.. The swedish expert suggested no operation based om Manuel observation. I had force left. Impossible if complete tear. He thaugth 50% tear. And wanted a MR to be sure.
Arm is better... I accepted.
Damned those norwegian doc. And he said i could be 90% again Just from healing.
Now i go home already and shoot my sus /tren....

About 4 hours after a hernia operation I was trimming a tree. Dr would have killed me if he knew. ...: But I was careful- that should count for something. LOL

I agree. There is no healing for us. So i went to the gym wednesday. Without any pwos. And it was shit. Everything hurted. Even changing plates in the hams machine.
A bit depressed. Did only 30%.
But now its better. The white stiff arm is off. I managed to set a new pm for side lateral feeders yesterday. I managed ligth eagleclaw even with destroyed arm.
So i will hit the gym sunday. Armed and dangeroys with every prebooster igot.
I uped the cycle too. Added Cardarine 25 mg ed and uped the mk677 dose from 18 to 25 mg ed.
Dont rule me out yet.

Real frustating. Ready to grow like a mf, but hitting weigths are a must. Ofcourse tren and sus will take u futher than natty training, Even without going to the gym... But gains will not be massiv. Without training.
And i cant even squat because i cant move my left arm to hold the bar.
I will try ligth flies at home today. And some more.

If you can load the plates, a safety squat bar would keep your arms and hands forward. However, if you can load plates, why not leg press for a bit until things get sorted?
Yeah man but. I have accepted my destiny. I will no go to the gym anymore. I couldnt even do 5 pounds flies man. I stil train cause its fun. Its not fun to be the handicapped dude in the gym.
From now its homegym only. Side laterals, Possible soon squats, rigth arm, neck and cardio.
My plan is to look a little more buff than normal cause i stil do my shots.
And when cycle is finish... 2 months... I hope i can train 90% again.
And prepare for my sarms christmacycle and next years New tren run.
Now i def feel the tren coldness. Family is no longer very important. But i manage to be calm and not aggressive.

Good side update. Leaning out. Cardarine and cardio atleast.
3 weeks and 5 days into cycle. 9 days since fatal triceps injury.
Cycle is 200 tren e and 250 sus e 5th day. Mk677 -12.5 mg two times a day. Cardarine 25 mg ed. 0.5 mg adex e 3rd day.
High pro. Low fat. Mod carbs.
No more nigth sweat. Sleep is almost ok. Breathing chest ok.
As mentioned.. Only side i can feel is more and more coldness. I even blocked my Mother when she questioned my injury too much.
Wifey is ok. Makes her dinner etc. But not very emotionel in it. But i am happy as long as i dont show any sign of aggression what so ever.

Finally found a good exercise i can do. Front squats. I also did neck and traps and rigth biceps in the homegym.
Well... Front squats rock. I think ucan build a good physic with it. Thighs, back, core... Yeah.

Those are not proper gym shoes.
I could never get comfortable holding the bar on front squats. Ever.
Better than nothing. I tried regular but too painfull to grab the bar with my left hand yet.
Never done front before. But i was surprised how good it felt. Also in back. Much welcome as the injury keeps me from doing any type of back training. Deads also impossible. And i wont do one arm rows for the rigth side and not the left.

Front crossovers also felt much better for lower back. To me it was much easier to keep the upper body vertical.
But i only did 3x15 x 100 pounds lol.
But... My plan is to add 22 pounds two times a week.
When my arm gets better im not sure what to do.
Guess i fade back to normal when i can start training back again.

Lost motivation. 100% or nothing. Not training in other words.
Doing the cycle. Eating clean. Smaller and left arm has shrinked dramatically.
MRI today. Arm better. But need to make sure it heals or there are fragments in there which need to be moved.
Stil. Feeling better than normal, yet some tren mental issues. Strange thougths, but manage to keep the rage in chess.
Some nigth sweats. Horny as a....
Just going to the hospital having the nurses to twist and bend my hurting arm to get clear pics, makes my day.

MR finished. But i was too big for the machine he said, so i had to ly on my stomach with the destroyed arm extended in front of my head. Painfull as hell but we made it.

Managed to do dorian yates rows today. 45 pounds 2x30 without pain.
Possible its time to start living again. DY rows is a hell of a movement which works back, traps, bis and for arms.
Ill try to add a little plate each day.
Ill do sets of over 300 pounds when i prime for this one.
And tren is present. Got a pump, Even from this insectweigth!

Be careful w that bud. You don't want to reinjured it and be out even longer than you would have been anyways.
I know it's hard but in the long run you will be exactly the same place as you would have been if you never got injured if you just take the time and let it heal properly

MRi results not good. Tendon and all heads pretty beat up. Big portion of the tri has moved up, so they have to pull it down. I dont understand why it doesnt Hurt more, cause there were some fucked up readings.
So surgery Tomorrow 0730 norwegian time.
But im on my cycle and traing.
I even did 30 reps 25 pounds flys yesterday without pain.
Havent lost much.

Kind of nervous. Ofcourse i couldnt show up at the hospital without some eggwhites and carbs for breakfast not risking looking flat in front of the nurses.
Probleme is that the narcose halten some stomach funtion risking stomach acid going into the lunges which is extremely dangerous.

Home again. No surgery. I said no. Based on the doctors pros n cons after the MRi.
Surgery gives no 100%.Maybe 80. And 6 months healing.
Naturally healing gives at least 70% he said.
But im not natty. And iheal more. I just do high reps only for tris.
And mod for chest.
Arm gets better and better ed. I do think sus/tren and mk677 speed up the prosess.
I managed to to ligth barberlcurl yesterday.
Sunday i go to the gym. With my pwos. I do it all execpt from tris. And maybe i can move the seated benchpressmachine... Squising pecs. Flyes are ok now.
