I'm open to whatever, I think I would vote for having a locked thread that's nothing but rules, starting pics, and finishing pics. Maybe everybody could post their starting, and then edit their starting post with their ending pictures. That way there's one post per person, all pictures.

As for all the other stuff... Updates, banter, commentary, progress... I like having it all in one thread. Yes it's a lot to get through but it puts everybody in one place instead of having to jump all over the place. I don't love Tapatalk, which is my primary way to view the forum, so the single thread thing is kind of nice. Just my opinion but I'm open to whatever.

Here’s the thing, at the end of the comp each competitor will start their own thread posting before and after pics. It can’t get any simpler than that.

Front relaxed
Back relaxed
Front double bicep
Rear double bicep
Best side chest
Quads

I would highly recommend practicing your posing a LOT and finding out which lighting situations brings out your best points, especially for your final pics

I think some people make a mistake by by just snapping pics. Sometimes a step forward or backwards or having more light coming in at a side angle can make a huge difference in the final product.

Just a thought.

the irony for me is the harder I train the more successful I am everywhere else in my life though it’s busy as hell.

Me too, but I've had so.e personal issues recently, cause by tren making me act like a complete Jack ass. I will continue to train hard, just won't be on gear. I will definitely not be competitive

Of course you will be competitive. I guess you followed Obs advice- up the tren ! LOL

Very true. Charger helped me a lot and I barely knew him at the time...too bad I still got last place! I still contend that I was robbed big time! Lol
