Happy 4th everyone! You are allowed a cheat meal if you go to the gym.
No cheat meals for me, but I am only going once to the gym today. It’s like a vacation!

My "cheat meal" was 2 split chicken breast and 3 russet potatoes cut into medallions coated with vege oil salt and pepper on the grill..... Mediocre cheat meal but still much better than plain chicken breast and rice. Especially since I dipped the potatoes in ketchup! I had forgotten what ketchup tastes like, and it's damn good

Still big gaps in my gym sessions but today's is my favorite. GH called it a touch up session. Full body. Once I got pumped up, I look DAMN GOOD! lol

Starting carb cycling today to change up my diet
Down 10lbs since the start
Competition aside, I really want to do a bulk when I get to my goal body fat. Test, deca , dhb. Do you think I need to stay at my goal for some time period for my body to get used to it so the excess calories don't just go to fat?

I like to have my body arrive at homeostasis before changing. I have no scientific data to back this up though. What you may want is a recomp which is essentially gaining muscle and lowering body fat at the same time. Once you get this dialed in, your golden. It is the best of both worlds!

BBQ Chicken thighs. Instead of bbq sauce use Szechuan stir fry sauce. So good. So different. So nice.

Hey guys! I started a cycle this week. 20mg var/day and 40mcg clen before cardio. Very similar to my first cycle (last spring/summer).
Haven't posted in awhile but I'm still grinding away.
We're about halfway through this competition, right? How's everyone doing?
