Holding about 15lbs of water weight. Went keto and dnp. Crashed, started HGH and eating whatever I wanted for 3 weeks straight.
I realized that dnp, T3, clen, etc for weight loss more than a few pounds are not sustainable for me. All that trying and failing for years is discouraging.
Need to do it slowly, in a fashion that gives my body a change to get used to the new weight.
I was also throwing so many compounds in without a plan, taking things out, changing amounts, etc. No clear goal or consistency. Feeling shitty and never knowing why because there were so many variables. Constantly fluctuating between 185 and 230. It takes a toll mentally

ok so screw it , I'm in this time. figure being out of the gym for a while and not eating or training getting injured and looking like shit right now I should be able to make a pretty decent improvement.
so heres what losing 25 pounds of muscle and becoming skinny fat looks like. I'm hoping to add 30 pounds and get leaner in the process this summer (much easier for me to lean out when I have more muscle on my frame)

I'm actually starting out super conservative and taking slow and steady approach this time around.. reason for that is that I feel my body is in such a depleted, flat, and weak state right now that I'm not going to require much AAS at all to grow, I think just the food and calorie increase with the training alone will get me a good 15 pounds.
so I'm just starting with a little bit of EQ with very low dose tren (200mg) and NO test. that'll increase some protein synthesis and help me load a bit of glycogen and thats all I need to get started.
then later on I'll go ahead up things to a standard cycle for me and add in NPP/Deca, Masteron, and Anadrol .. then I'll probably finish the last 4 weeks of the Comp with high dose Tren and Winstrol.
getting my diet dialed in is really whats going to be the biggest factor.. I spend way more time getting clients diets dialed in and neglect my own.
It look like a good comp in the making.
